Chili's Grill & Bar, Houston TX

I ordered to go, and there was no problem throughout the entire transaction. I did drive off without my salad, but the nice young lady called me, and I went back to get it. I wish I had gotten her name. She was very apologetic, which was appreciated but not necessary. I will be back. The bacon ranch chicken quesdillas, off of the lunch menu, were amazing!

Long story short. My burger meat was extremely pink and tasteless. I hate pink meat. I wanted to send it back but my daughter's food came out before mines and she was done and ready to go. I couldn't finish the burger because it just kept getting pinker and pinker. We didn't have straws silverware or napkins. We had to get up and ask for them. We had to wait 20 min after we were done eating to pay the bill. We are Long time customers at this local. I've hosted my daughter's birthday party 3 times here. We love chilis but this experience lately had been awful.

Had a great lunch once again! Manager Mike always makes us feel welcome! Service and the really good food (Cajun pasta) keeps us coming back!

We came in pretty late, close to closing and they were definitely short staffed. Nicole took care of us and everything turned out to be super fast, considering. Drinks were on point, food came out hot. 10/10 recommend.

Food was good though portion size was large. I’d prefer a smaller portion size at more reasonable price.

Waitstaff was great.

Restaurant was freezing cold and patrons were moving around to find a warmer place to sit at. According to the waitstaff, this temperature issue isn’t new and patrons always complain about it.

We arrived at this place, and no one attended us when we arrived.
We took a seat and everything was dirty.
Then a girl from maintenance was the only one who came up to tell us that that area was closed and she moved us to another area that was also dirty and placed us in the only "clean" table available, but no person waited on us to take our order and we had We had to leave because of the terrible attention and the dirty environment.

A waitress that was not even our waitress was very ugly making sarcastic comment about them being closed and when I questioned why she being rude she said bye hunny blowing us kisses. Funny because they were not worried about closing dancing in the kitchen. Smh

Bartender was awesome. He actually waited on us although he wasn't server. The experience was not the greatest the day before but the next visit he made up the next day. Apologies for forgetting his name.

Details: We arrived after watching The Little Mermaid at about 9: 45. We were a party of 7 women & known to be crazy whenever we get together. Headstrong with very strong attitudes & opinions. I say all this because we can be very fun but also overwhelming for servers Yet, we had the great pleasure of being served by Jacob. This man did an EXCELLENT job even with all our craziness, loud noise, crazy orders, etc & did so with an upbeat attitude & treated us like family. How he managed to take our orders correctly & not want to pull his hair out is beyond me lol He exudes hospitality & kindness & was very attentive to our needs. He made our experience awesome & for that alone we would return. Because full transparency the food was okay but the service was outstanding. We love going to Chilli's for food, and this time we tried this branch. It was a take out order. As usual, we had to wait a bit since Chilli's is a busy restaurant. But we got our food as perfect as it can be. We forgot to take photos of the main dish, but we did capture a picture of their amazing molten lava cake. We definitely recommend this branch too!:)

The recent menu update took away ALL the unique salads and salad dressings we would go there to enjoy. The staff said they only have the regular salad dressings like French, Ranch, Blue Cheese.no more of the original and unique salads or dressings. Rats. We will go where they do have the things we used to enjoy at Chili's.

Service was amazing! Definitely impressed me. The food was good overall. The burger was a bit dry. But other than that I was very satisfied.

Picked up curbside, it was horrible! My chicken was old and disgusting. And you know me, I love everything too. It's not the same Chili's anymore

We had to wait a while for our drinks, but everything else was smooth. I didn't care for the salsa that came with the chips, but my friend liked it. The soups and house salad were good.

The food was good. Our server was on it. We did have someone assist her in bringing out the food and drinks that did not match our waitress service ethic. We were brought out warm tea with no ice. Some of our appetizers did not come out until we were in the middle of our entree. Overall, it was good. I would go again.

I've never eaten here, but I passed by on my way to work everyday. Almost every single week there's a fresh pile of broken car door glass glass in the parking lot. Why would you not hire security or even put up cameras when you have that many break-ins in your own parking lot?
