Server was nice but that’s about all that was good. Ordered the crispy chicken sandwich and it tasted halfway cooked in the middle of the chicken. Bad experience

Still here waiting for my food been like 40 minutes plus. Had hair in my queso. After 30 minutes the waitress comes to tell us that they don't have one of the dishes we ordered. Still here waiting everyone's food that is supposedly here. Food got here and it sucked.

It was a wonderful experience, our waitress was outstanding and the service was amazing. One of the best restaurants we’ve ever been to. Food was to die for and the drinks were awesome as well.

The floor were sitting was so slick. I almost fell several times. The steak on the fajitas was so tough we could not eat it

Usually extremely pleasant. However, today after waiting to be seated for 10 minutes without anyone at the door greeting us to be seated I had to grab our own menus and ask someone where we could sit then proceeded to sit ourselves. I also had to clen our own table. We were at least greeted at the table to be told our server would be right with us. But the server was incredibly nice and the drinks came out quickly.

I give it 1 star because there’s no option for zero stars. Now that I’ve been there and got on here to write a review, I see all the bad reviews of this place, I should have looked beforehand, but didn’t figure I needed to check a review for a Chilis. Anyway, we showed up and ordered appetizers and drinks from the bar. (We like the chips and salsa here, but were informed that they didn’t have any chips). And steaks as our main course. We waited about 15 minutes for our drinks and my strawberry margarita was absolutely horrible. Lacked any strawberry flavor at all and I honestly wondered if there was alcohol in it. It looked like slightly pink water with sugar on the rim. My companion ordered a drink that was supposed to be blue and it came as pale green and also tasted terrible. We waited another 30 minutes and a young man brought our appetizer- literally 30 seconds before another young man brought us our steaks. They brought me the wrong side dish and forgot my tortillas as well. After taking my plate back and correcting that, I got my food back and we prepared to eat. It was at that point that I observed a very good size, very curly, very dark black hair on top of my loaded potato. I pointed this out to our waitress and she took the plate back and said she would have it remade. It took almost another 40 minutes to make my plate again, my companion was done eating and had been sitting there for 20 minutes before they brought my food back out, at which point we were both too irritated to even want the food anymore. We asked for the bill and was told that there was nothing they could do and that we would still be paying full price for everything. Floor was dirty, there was no salt and pepper on the tables, the customers were passing salt and pepper shakers back and forth from table to table. My companion ate her food, but had to douse it in salt and pepper as she said everything was very bland and had no flavor. We paid our bill and left in disgust. All in all a completely horrible experience and a pathetic excuse for a restaurant. Our waitress herself was very sweet and attentive. But literally everything else about this experience was terrible. I wish I could give zero stars. Believe all the bad reviews people, they’re all accurate.

We came here for Father's day dinner and it was HORRIBLE! The service was good but the food was TERRIBLE! I ordered the southwestern chicken salad and it was soggy and disgusting. My husband ordered the Carne Asata and it was cold and dried out as well as the beans and rice. I'm so disappointed that we wasted our father's days dinner and $60 on wasted food we couldn't eat.

Great service. The food was perfect. I'm not a broccoli fan, but I eat it because it is good for me. This was the best broccoli I have ever had. The salmon
was great also, nice strawberry lemonade!

I usually love coming here, but this particular location is not a location I'd go back to! I drove two and a half hours to visit with my family and we only had a short time together due to the fact i had to work the next day. When we finally got our food after waiting almost an hour after ordering, everything smelled great and it looked very appetizing! I ordered the mango Chile chicken with wild rice and broccoli. I began eating and noticed it was an unusual texture and when I looked at it closer, I realized it was still pink inside. I told the waitress and she apologized for it and asked me if I wanted to send it back and of course I agreed. Everyone else had started to enjoy their meal but by the time I got my order everyone else was done eating! This upset me. I didn't get to enjoy my meal along with my family! I didn't want to make them sit there and wait even longer for me to be able to eat.there was apparently no manager available to speak to nor any supervisor. I didn't think I should have to pay for a meal that I wasn't even able to enjoy! Still had to pay for it and was not offered any sort of compensation for anything, so her tip was not as big as it would have been!

I ordered full rack of baby back ribs home barbecue with broccoli and mashed potatoes the ribs was dried out and tough to eat the broccoli had a lot of salt and pepper. On the ribs in some places the meat was so dried out it was like beef jerky. I asked my husband how was yours he had the fajita plate shrimp chicken and beef he said it was all right. And the waitress was great checked on us frequently and was very nice and polite

Pros: Staff were friendly, food arrived promptly, food flavor/prep was fine.

Cons: Restaurant as a whole was not very clean. Floor covered in crayons, trash, dropped food. Dishes (for appetizers) had very noticeable fingerprints, usually a sign of dirty/oily hands. PLEASE practice better sanitation. Stop handling areas of cutlery/dishes that people's food will be making contact with.

Walked in. Was ignored, asked a man to seat us and was looked at like they don’t know they are a restaurant. Seek other options.

I have to say the crew here are awesome I have had the pleasure of finding a new restaurant to love. So the staff sometimes seems like they aren't listening but after watching these awesome people in action they deal with alot and still over come obstacles I have watched people get trashed and talk down to these very people and I have to say just the crew alone is worth the visit and on top of that the food ain't bad at all

Been there twice in the last 3 months for the Cajun Chicken Pasta and they were out of it! Then ordered chicken fajita nachos but couldn’t complete the order as they were out of pico and guacamole. I was told this after I placed the order and my food had gone arrived. Was told the guacamole was soured but I was welcomed to try it. I declined…then charged me for the guacamole that I refused. Where is the management at this restaurant?

We eat here quite a bit now that we have discovered that sitting in the bar gives faster service as well as more attentive service. We sat at the tables a couple of times and received slow service. The wait staff was sitting in the booths on the wall by the restrooms hanging out with their friends. They would get up and go get food and wait on tables after laying all over their friends and touching each other and not even wash their hands. The service was so bad on these particular visits that customers had to yell across the restaurant to get their server's attention because the servers were too busy with their friends to do their job properly. On one occasion, the poor bartender was running around like a chicken with her head cut off trying to pick up the slack. The hard work of the bar staff is what lead us to give Chili's another chance by sitting in the bar. Our favorite bartender is smaller and dark haired- she is spunky and a lot of fun to talk to.

What I ordered vs what I received. My door dash order to over 30 min longer than expected to and this is what I received. Dry quesadillas that were coming apart in the container and no sour cream, pico de gallo, or ancho chile ranch to go with it. I do not recommend this restaurant.
