Took my mom there, every time except one the whole place is empty wanted a booth wants to put us in the one by the kitchen told him we didn't want to sit there mom pointed the one next to it he said it's dirty I said will go somewhere else, didn't even offer any other place, just said have a nice day, won't ever come there again, June 17 about 11: 30

Food was pretty good but not great. Service was also good but not great. Soda overpriced. Lunch deals reasonable. Overall four stars.

18% Auto Gratuity? REALLY? Are you the incompetent IRS? Lets see. I have used this location for YEARS. What do we get? Food is almost correct on pickup. Rarely get the normal napkin, pepper, plastic fork and spoon, AND, time is rarely correct. I ordered a crispy chicken salad, as usual, missing more chicken than normal. Why in the hell do I repeat business to Chili with an 18% gratuity? The IRS can take my money incorrectly every day.

This location has done a 360. Food was quick, fast, and fresh! Alex was the best waitress I have had in a long time!

Food was served in record time and super hot! I was EXTREMELY IMPRESSED by the waitress and the food! It was so delicious that my 3 year old ate all of her food AND a good size portion of mine! Great job team! I will DEFINITELY be back for lunch at this location!

I have been going there regularly and with each visit the food quality gets worse. The brisket quesadilla was all cheese and soggy and only a few very small pieces of brisket and although it says the sour cream comes with it they came and wanted to charge it as extra.
This will be the last time I will visit that chili's. There are better restaurants and chili's that are much better.

Came in for an early dinner and was amazed! My husband took me to chilis because we used to go when we were younger. They decorated and made us feel so welcomed, opened doors and were dressed up, we didn’t expect it and we loved it! Definitely will be back! Food was great, service was excellent and we had an amazing date at Chilis! Thank you

This is the third time the take out order is messed up. Ordered chicken fajita no tortillas I paid extra tortillas that was missing also.

Lisa if she was the manager was rude. Never greeted me as I walked in but greets her co worker when she walked in. She also was not welcoming at all zero customer experience which sucks since we are there all the time. I had multiple issues in the past using chills gift cards so I asked her nicely why is there a problem with gift cards when checking out and she replied back real dry I don’t know and walked away. Not professional at all please gather feedback and look for patterns not the 1st time. She does not represent the chillis brand.

Stopped coming here over a year ago because of the horrible bartender the new bartender Allie is sweet and fast! Better service so Chilis is back on our places to eat!

Love this Chilis take out. They always have great food that’s hot and ready to eat like your in the Resturant. I definitely recommend the Texas Cheese Fries, quesadilla, explosion salad, old timer burger.

Disappointed in the food. The server was great. It seems the robot servers get in the way.

Waited 20 minutes for anyone to even come to the table, had to flag the hostess down for that to happen. Ordered drinks and food and asked for water.which we also had to wait 20 minutes for. Then they messed up the drink order 2x and we waited another 20 minutes for our food. The food was what you expect from a chilis, been to better chilis, and been to worse. Definitely won't be going back here though.

Slow lunch hour afternoon being the only person waiting i waited about 10 -15 minutes before I was noticed standing and waiving. I did however enjoy the tranquility and food during my visit.

Personally I really love Chilis. I had a steak and it was actually pretty darn good. At was they filet. I eat many different things there. I am a huge fan. Even short staffed they r friendly and the good and service have been just fine.
