We got the fajita trip in the family pack to go! Best easy dinner ever! We'll definitely be doing that again!

Most xcellent place 2 stop and njoy eating, even if u r unsur what ur hungry 4. Well rounded selection of plates (2 include serving sizes). Svc staff xtremely helpful and interjectic 2 assist customers. I would/ will recommend 2 my family and friends about the food and svcs I recvd on this last visit. Gr8 job.

When we sat down we got our drink promptly but then we waited and waited for server to come back. We flagged down other servers to see who was serving us I thought maybe the server changed. They told us that they will tell our server to come to our table. So about 30 minutes later no server came till we asked one of the server to call the manager. So instead of manager the server came and says sorry for the delay she was our original server. I watched this servers the whole entire time while we where their because she was the one serving us first. She was standing chatting with coworkers, talking to a guy that showed her pictures, did some circles around the restaurant, sitting on the back table on her phone drinking her monster etc. We did not order all we did then is ask for the manager which she came. We told her what happened and then she said let me get your order in real quick we declined asked to pay for our drinks. She said don’t worry about paying for our two teas. Manager did not seem to be concern about the server I will never return to this place again. My husband and I used to go their 4-5 times a year worst experience we ever had when it comes to any restaurant service.

Waited 30 min for order the steak was pure fat and greasy bartender was too busy on phone almost had to get up and get my own glass of tea.bartender looked very bothered

Large party. Service was good and all food was served hot and fresh. Server was patient and helpful.

Our lunch was great except our quesadilla with chicken and bacon was severely dry.aside from that our experience was a good one.

I'll never go back. The managers were more interested in standing on one spot. The bartender seemed bothered.

The food is great, but the service is not good, it takes time to take the order and the employees do not look happy to work in there.

This was the worst experience ever here! Will not come back, rather got to Applebees. First it took about 20 min to get server to our table to get drinks. Orders were all taken and then took extremely long to come out. Missing 2 appetizers for the longest then the entrees came out. Missing one while everyone finished their entrees we were still missing a soup/ appetizer and an entree. Refills never came for drinks. Manager was called out and was dressed in jeans and a plain tshirt like a regular customer didn’t even try to help us out at all. Was waving his hand in the air like he didn’t care. Never introduced himself and really was not professional at all and he did not care at all. The missing entree came three times because they messed up that many times. Mind you it is so dead at this time only like 5 families at the most. Had plenty of help to get us taken care of. Will be calling corporate. Truly never ever coming back do not come here seriously.

The food was actually pretty delicious. I got myself a huge bacon burger, and my God was it juicy. My wife's plate was also very delicious. Now even tho the food was great; the service itself was very poor.my waitress checked up on us once and just never came back again. I had to keep flagging down other workers to just bring me a refill. Each time, it was someone different for everything we needed.that's just a lack of customer service.
Atmosphere was nothing extraordinary; could definitely use some more life to the decor.perhaps some more decorations.

They don't make the Alfredo like they used to before.it tastes like water Alfredo.this place is just going down hill. I rather make the drive to the airway one much better Quality and food. PS. One time I found pieces of like spitted beans on my Alfredo not lying. Very different place than 4 years ago

Our bartender (his name I can’t remember) that waited on my mother and I on St. Patrick’s Day was phenomenal. Very attentive and genuine and even when my burger wasn’t cooked to my specifications, not once did he make me feel like I was the problem. He brought out a fresh burger from the kitchen and it was perfect!

Probably one of the worst experiences. Our “waitress” didn’t bring us our drinks or our food, two other people did. Brought out a cup of soup with no spoons and only gave two packets of silverware for 3 people. We had to ask twice. Soup wasn’t even good, it was too salty. Two of our three plates were brought out cold and the third was wrong and had to be sent back. The fries were pretty over cooked (real crunchy) and super bland. The waitress only stopped at our table to tell us things that the people who brought us our food and drinks already told us. When we asked for our checks, she stopped to buss a table first. All of this I would understand if they were busy but the place was basically empty.

The ribs were no good, and the margaritas were pure ice in the cup, the actual drink was really too little. Will not return.

My family and I love chili's. Their food options are great, much better than Applebee's and prices are great. Service is always good. Highly recommend.

Ordered through GrubHub and honestly this is the worst I've ever had and it's never been this bad. The chips had so much salt on them it was built up like crumbs, that's how much salt there was. The chili beans? Gross I've never had them and I won't have them again. SALTY on this dish. So whoever is mad in the kitchen is being literally SALTY. I'm going 2 stars because at least my salad and the chicken crispers were good. So disappointed because I love your chips and salsa

Eeehhh. Food took a while to come out and it WAS NOT packed. I asked for my bill and they never brought it to me. I had to ask for it again and took them a bit to come charge me.

I am not impressed! Services and food was mediocre. They just didn’t have enough staff at lunchtime. It’s sad!
