The food was super tasty and we felt like we were in great hands and would love to come back when we are in austin again

Amy was my bartender and server and she was AMAZING! Also the new pasta with chicken and shrimp was amazing

Amy was attentive & maintained a high level of customer service. New changes per management around custom order even if upcharge applies but still nice lunch between school shopping with my kid.

Food quality has gone wwwwwaaayyy downhill. Ordered a steak today, got a hockey puck and litterally two broccoli florrets. The proce has gone up and the portion size wouldn't even feed a child

Service and atmosphere is awesome, always 10/10. Food at times was below par.

First Chilli's I've been to in a while that actually has good staff and clean tables. Johnny was a delight, very sweet and caring for us. We were quick in and out but we appreciated the effort nonetheless.

One of my regulars. They like me (tolerate me), I tip well and get good service. Amy is my favorite. And I have my low-carb answer there as well.

Ordered DoorDash but the restaurant doesn’t supply silverware or anything else if somebody’s getting DoorDash maybe they should start putting silverware in with their order because it was delivered to a hotel where people don’t have the necessities to eat a salad or wings with their fingers no napkins, no nothing I think somebody needs to start preparing their stuff better. My food was disgustingly cold my door dasher left my food at the front desk and then decides to text me and says it’s there in the dock door dasher did not do their job makes the restaurant look horrible and the restaurants horrible for not giving people the necessities they need to eat salt, pepper, silverware. There’s no options for that on the menu so now my food can go to waste because I can’t eat a salad with no silverware.

Chili's is a nice place for casual dining with a large variety of menu choices. Quick to be seated with initial wait staff being prompt and polite. Started with chips and salsa but salsa was like soup (no substance) so ordered queso instead. Waiving down wait staff took a little while. My main entree was a double stack burger w/fries that was simply delicious. Overall, a pleasant experience and will be returning.

The food was above average for a trip to Chili's and the staff response was perfect; there when needed, not there when not.

Hamburger was so so.
But Ribs was ok.
Got a free dessert for the birthday.

I love their Bartender Shay! She is always on point and sends our order asap. She makes the best drinks and remembers us. She provides what you call perfect exceptional customer service. I highly recommend this place.

You must try mushroom swiss burger in this restaurant! Excellent quality for over 15 years!

Everything is too salty, especially the chips are too salty or no salt at all. Food came out fast but Service is not good we have no one to get the sauces.
