Chili's Grill & Bar, Houston TX

Sat at the bar yesterday and she was great (lady with red hair)! Shes really good at her job as i watched because the kitchen was the issue, they took forever! Next the kitchen ruined my entire meal after such a long wait, the steak was bleeding yet I asked for well done. The manager was called (older black man) and he was right on top of it! Meal was made again and properly! Everyone was professional and really chill. I will return.

Rocky was our server and she was amazing! She checked on us often, was professionally dressed, talked to us and was super friendly, complimented us, offered us the different “specials” they had, and mentioned the most popular things on the menu! She knew the menu inside and out! She even gave us chips and salsa because we were still waiting for the rest of our party!

Older establishment. Food is inconsistent over the last 5 or so times. A/C in bar area needs to be worked on.

When we arrived we were to that we had to wait 15 minutes. But looked around we saw empty tables. Just not cleaned off. After about 10 minutes the hostess went and wiped down a table for us. The waitress came and took our drink orders. And we order an appetizer. We received our appetizer from I’m guessing the cook with no plates or napkins. The waitress came when the appetizer was almost done. And we asked for napkins. She brought napkins and took our order. We both ordered steaks with broccoli and loaded mashed potatoes. I order a side of macaroni and cheese. The food arrived and my steak was burnt. You could see and taste the burnt crisp on it. The macaroni and cheese had hair in it. No one that went to the back had on hairnets. The broccoli was covered in black pepper. The waitress just dropped the food and left. Didn’t offer any steak sauce or anything. At this point we wanted the bill and to go boxes. When the waitress came back I let her know about the hair. She apologized and asked if I want anything else. I said I’ll just take some broccoli. And asked for the check and to go boxes. She returned with the broccoli which was bland and hard. I’ve been going to this particular chili’s for over 10 years. This was the worst experience I’ve had with this location!

Decided on this rainy Houston day that I needed to go out and have a lunch and date with myself. So, I went to Chili's! They have a special right now called three for me which offers you an appetizer and drink and entree starting at $10.99. I say that's a price I can't argue with and the food was good! For $2.50 I got a regular margarita as opposed to a fountain drink. Overall, I say it was a good idea!
I love this Chili's in my neighborhood. Went recently to do a mini hangout with a friend for cocktails and a snack. The winner on this visit is their monthly cocktail. It's
called the "sunrise margarita, " and it is Delish for taste and price. You can't beat that with a stick!

The waitress we had was horrible to me it looked as if she was drunk or on something. Every question I asked she never had a answer for me I was always a hold on let me. See

Chili’s recently took veggie fajitas off their menu. But no worries here because Tay and the manager at this location hooked me up. Went great with the black beans, guac, and salsa! Thank you for the great service!

Sat the bar for 10 minutes. No one acknowledged I was there so I left. Won't be back here again for sure.

If I could give it no star at all I would! Lazy pack of employees just standing around talking, killing time when there are cars outside waiting for their curbside pickup. The food is all ready and sitting cold just waiting for the customer to go inside to pick it up. Like really? Doesn't the sign say to "sit tight and we'll bring the food to you" like come on get another job if you can't simply bring the food to us.

My husband and I stopped by for dinner at 9pm 1/21/22. We got our order taken, appetizers, entrées, drinks and all. By 9: 50pm we had only received our drinks. While we waited for our food, the people at the table behind and around us got their drinks, appetizers and entrees and we were sitting there with no food. At 10pm we still had no food in front of us. NOT EVEN THE APPETIZER! The manager stopped by our table once to ask if we got our food but didn’t ask anything else. We ended up leaving hungry and really upset. I don’t recommend this location to anyone. Worst experience I’ve had at a restaurant.

They close at 12am on Friday’s but the employees at this locations are lazy and close the doors at 11, they just laughed at us when we were attempting to get in.

Chili's nailed it with their Swiss Burger – juicy and flavorful, a true delight! Pair it with their margaritas for a perfect combo of savory and refreshing. Your taste buds will thank you!

Good location. Usually pick up to go. They get the order right everytime. Food is hot when I get home. The customer service is always above and beyond. Even when they're running behind, they offer something to drink. It's the little things. Glad to have them in the neighborhood.

I would give 0 stars if that was an option. The customer service was absolutely horrible. The employee that answered the phone didn't even know the location of the restaurant when I tried to ensure that I was calling the correct location. I was then placed on hold for over 15 minutes. I was finally able to access the website to place my order.   While I was online placing my order, I was still on hold. When I arrived at the curbside pick up. I was in space #3 for over 10 minutes. I checked in twice with the curbside text. After 15 minutes, I then went inside to get my own curbside order. The order had been ready and sitting on the shelf the whole time. I let the manager know everything I mentioned above, and all he said was, "Sorry. " Customer service should be a high priority. This is something that is very important to me as I come from a background in hospitality working for Hyatt, Marriott, and currently in property management. My husband had just returned to Houston after a long week of work in Dallas and Oklahoma. All he wanted was a mushroom swiss burger and chips & queso from chili's. He couldn't even enjoy it because the food was cold and we live right down the street on Westheimer. This should have been quick and easy. This entire experience was ridiculous and completely unacceptable.

The lady who served us nam is Lisa, she has only been there two weeks and was very good with us on the other hand the manager was not at all concerned about us and the long wait for us he left Ms. Lisa to fin on her on it was not good on his part he did not come to hear our complaints
