We sat in a Booth and the cushions were a little worn out. Other than that everything was great.

Great cheese burger and fries, ate from the bar and watched sports with cold two Cold ones

I generally don't leave feedback on chain restaurants but when one is exceptional I will, this place was really good, the food was amazing, the service was amazing and the atmosphere was good for a Chili's, this place definitely gets five stars thanks to the wonderful bartender.

The service at this Chili's is excellent. My band mates and I practice nearby twice a week and they have taken the time to learn our names and regular orders. We're that group with a usual table. Yes, it's a chain and the food is what one would expect from a quality chain restaurant, though generally better than average. They're quick to correct if anything is subpar, though we've only had to send something back once out of probably 100+ visits. We get there after 9 PM and they're often out of some of the drinks on the menu but usually have a great suggestion to substitute. Yvonne, who pulls double-duty many nights, is the best!

Food is just OK at best. Nothing has changed really. The prices have gone up but the quality remains the same.

Steak and mashed potatoes fantastic and broccoli was cooked very well also. Service was very friendly and attentive and atmosphere was clean.

We usually come to this location when craving Chili's. Don't go to the location on the Island, you'll regret it.

The food here is usually good, but there have been several times where the food is cold and has to be sent back. We have a server that we love and provides some of the best service that we've ever had, but I can never remember her name (sorry!). But when we don't get her, the service can be very disappointing. No matter how empty the restaurant is and how many servers are standing around fiddling on their phones, you will be looking around for a refill. That's just ridiculous.

Quit coming to chili's and other franchises long time ago.but I was shocked. Came to this one and food and service was above expectations. Be honest this was better than Pappas. Service was great. No wait.

I came to this restaurant on Friday night at 9pm and they were already picking up the chairs. It looked like they were closing. So we had to go to another location

The young girl bartender working tonight was very nice and professional. It's rare to see someone with old fashioned class and professionalism. Clearly was raised right. I hope to see her recognized for her good merit.

I ordered the avocado chicken sandwich. First time I ordered it through DoorDash it was AMAZING. This last time I ordered it was just a disappointment they put salad lettuce on the sandwich barley any at that and 1 PIECE OF AVOCADO ON EACH HALFS OF MY SANDWICH.

As I came here, again I was greeted and promptly seated. When ordering, it was promptly servers. The only thing there were a few less fries tham expected. However when noted to a employee, that employee made a stance and got me a whole order of fries again promptly. I am thus far happy with service I 've received thus far. Chilis go home full. 3-8-23: 4 croutons for my salad fries were not pleantaful The loaded burger tasted like a Jack burger server host great the blue hair delivery host cool feature server helped me get free rewards chips and take home. Food quality 3 of 5. Clean 5 of 5 overall today 3.5 of 5 server host 5 of 5 (3 20 23) mid afternoon. No one there in front 45 secs after arriving the older (dignified) lady comes out greets me and does not know a answer to my question (she gets the? Quickly with another partner) chips brought and brought home seamed stale (not fresh) dip was lacking in taste. Molten was not hot nor brought to me by my server another server seemed to be carrying the load of the shop. Molten was not steamy nor hot for that matter. $10.00 not right if it's gonna be cold. Chilis is going down hill, one would hope that brave lad would have more help. Is it the cooks is it the wait staff who prolonged the delivery or was it not heated up to profection?

Pleasant experience. Madison took good care of us. Reasonable prices friendly service and them "baby back, baby back, baby back ribs".
