Food is inconsistent and the web site is a joke.

Your website never shows me that payment was accepted. It says “crunching numbers” and spools endlessly. I showed the poor girl who brought out my food and she had to go back inside to check. Payment went through, but I didn’t know.

This has happened every time I order from you. I can’t be the only one! I NEVER have an issue with any other restaurant. I order take out 2-3 times per week from a dozen different sites. My wife likes your salmon and we order from you 2-3 times most months.

This has been going on forever. It’s frustrating and easy to fix. FIRE YOUR WEB DEVELOPER OR YOUR PAYMENT PROCESSOR AND SAVE ON YOUR PERSONELL COSTS AND INCREASE SALES FROM FEWER FRUSTRATED CUSTOMERS.

It’s ridiculous how long you’ve let this go on. The nice staff who bring my food out tell me they hear a lot of complaints.

Ashley's first day serving at Chili's and she was great. Very attentive and accomodating.

To go order- ordered double big mouth burger well done, no mustard or pickles. Received single burger, very rare with both mustard and pickles. Very disappointed with the order.

Consistent, reasonably priced, and you just can't beat the $5 margarita of the month!

My drink was way too sweet. He didn't attempt to remedy it. So I asked to get some seltzer in it. It still was way too sweet. I told him I didn't like it and would like something different. But, he still did not offer me something else. Luckily, my girlfriend came, we ordered another shot for that drink and I got something else with her order. Also, I ordered a side of asparagus it was awful. I gotta say, it's pretty hard to mess that up. He pretty much wouldn't return it. But, the chili was really good. However, the bartender last night was the rudest man I've ever had to wait on me anywhere I've ever been. Jeers to the bartender on the night of May 26th.
Also, my two other friends joined us and said their Cajun chicken pasta was dry. They felt like they were rushed out of there.

Food was delicious and fresh! My wife loved the salmon! Josh was phenomenal! He was our server and completely made us feel welcome and served with meaning! Absolutely loved everything! Josh, you rock!

We had a wonderful time here, we are new to the area and it will for sure become a go to for us. Our server was so friendly and knowledgeable, drinks were ice cold and apps were fresh and fast. Our entrees were on point, portions were perfect and everything we ordered was correct. The manager on duty (I believe her name was Candice) was so welcoming and friendly, she came by to check on us and see how everything was, very personable and genuinely kind, she is definitely an asset to this company. All around wonderful 10/10!

Robert has always been a constant force at the bar and at this establishment. He, the cooks and management make this place a go-to in the Flower Mound area!

Our server was fantastic. She got all of our orders straight. I was with a group of 14 Senior Citizens and the server walked ALL of us through the payment kiosk. We were happy campers.

The food and the atmosphere was great. Our server was also good, but the kitchen got our order wrong twice (regular fries instead of curly fries which was $1.50 extra, and and also did not bring the queso for our chips). Things we could've for sure lived without but wanted.

Hot food and good service. Also, was treated well as a solo diner. Overall, really good experience.

I love their burgers especially on the pick 3 menu. For $10.99 you get a cheese burger with all the fixings, tea or soft drink, fries and choice of soup or salad. Beats fast food choices for about the same price.

Ordered a steak and didn’t notice until I got home that it looked weird. Not cooked on a grill or skillet but microwaved/fried basically. Maybe that why they gave me two extra sides. The piece I cut I gave to my dog. Just going to dispute it on my CC.

Chili’s is great again. I used to love Chili’s about 20 years ago. Then, somewhere around 8-10 years ago, they slipped and I just didn’t think the food was all that good anymore. With so many other choices around, I quit going there. Over the last year or so, I have returned to Chili’s about half a dozen times and have been pleasantly surprised. They are back! Great variety in the mid-price range, and it’s delicious again!
