Chili's Grill & Bar reviews
18The food was delicious and our service was fantastic. I never needed to ask for anything, she was on it the whole time we were there.
Morgan did a finomanal job. She was attentive and had a wonderful energy and was an absolute pleasure to have as a server!
Food has really gone down here, chicken enchiladas soup had very little chicken, hamburger cheese was cheap cheese, bites were chewy.
The bartender there now we've been twice he's been there please stay his drink r awesome. His smile and he make it like a show it awesome.
Ordered a medium-rare steak for my brother and honey Chipotle chicken crispers for myself, to-go. The steak was well-done, and the crispers lacked Chipotle altogether. I'm keenly aware that the sauce is mixed before it ever arrives at the restaurant, so this nonspicy screw-up is entirely the responsibility of Brinker International. Your palates are pathetic, and you're a disgrace to food service. Your food used to be competitive and delicious, but you tossed aside your principles for profits a ling time ago. I hope your business dies. I hope your shareholders lose their livelihoods and end up begging me for a dollar in the street.
My brother and I wanted to eat something better than fast food so we decided on chilis. We shoulda gone with McDonald’s folks. First off let me start by saying that this review is not directed at the servers and bartenders, it is specifically and unmistakably directed toward management. You’re pathetic. I was in the service industry under this very umbrella of restaurants. This is just sad. My brother received impeccable service from the bartender that was serving him while he was there. She was awesome. But my brothers words were, “it looked like the souls had been sucked out of the staff by the management”. He ordered two meals to go. And no matter how you try to avoid accountability, the food was garbage. The chipotle chicken crispers went from spicy to vanilla, and the specifically requested “medium rare” steak was cooked for so long that when I chewed it, it came apart in leathery strings. There was no pink anywhere, except my bleeding heart. That cow died so it could become a steak in a trash can. To be clear, I have never thrown a steak away in my existence. The broccoli was probably dry because it was resting while the steak was still cooking. Seriously MANAGEMENT and CORPORATE. Get it together. Get it allllll together. Get a bag, and get it all together. Get it together Chilis. The servers were awesome and should be rewarded with all of your jobs. Might I suggest cooking timers, and for the love of all that is holy, seasoning.
I hate when my drink runs out which mine did twice. Also, we ordered chips and queso, and we received our chips and salsa but didn't get the queso until we were out of chips salsa.
They have a little bit of everything to choose from and all of it is decent. If you've got a big group and no one can decide on a type of food this is an alright place to visit.
Not going to lie chillis used to be the place back in the day. Now not so much. Food is always sub par and the service mostly is even worse. I usually reserve negative judgment but they have let me down my last 4 visits.
I ordered online. The web platform provided a good UI/UX and very easy to use. My order was ready for me and didn’t have to wait. In fact, a Chilis Server was giving another customer their order and then immediately came to me afterward and helped me! I didn’t have to even confirm I was here! That great customer service made me happy! She was nice and pleasant. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. Sorry no photos because I didn’t think about offering a review.
Nightmare for delivery drivers. The parking lot signs say to wait in your car and they will come to your car. Nobody was coming so many of us had to go inside to the takeout area and wait. It is a tiny corner so all five of us were smashed in. I had to wait 20 minutes for my order to be ready on a Wednesday night. The little corner lets you see into the entire kitchen. As I waited for 20 minutes not a single employee used gloves and were handling food with their bare hands. They would reach in and grab fries with their hands. There is a sign right next to the cash register about how it is a clean place. That wasn’t true. After receiving my order and drove off all the plastic lids were popping open. Very poor packaging.
We went during the weekday for lunch and it was a great experience! Food was hot and seasoned very well!
Food servers slow and rude. Only bright spot was the hostess, Kayla, was very friendly and even offered me to join a chips/salsa club
Chicken crispers are alright. But the main reason I visited Chilis were the original chicken crispers. PLEASE BRING THEM BACK!
Went today for lunch. Slow service, Hamburger over cooked and then got the queso with meat, only there was so little meat I had to find it. Get ready to leave get to go cups for drinks and I didnt take a drink of that till we left and I had Dr. Pepper but she gave me diet Dr. Pepper Won't be back sad thing is this chili's used to be awesome, Now it's just gross. Wont be back to this one.
Thats why they got a three.
AWEFUL.
IF THEY HAVE SIGN SAYING HIRING OR NOT THIS CHILI'S SUCKS! @! @
BEWARE OF THIS PLACE.
Was seated right away but it took 15 minutes to get drinks ordered. Manager/supervisor was disciplining an employee in front of us. Then told we couldn’t redeem birthday dessert with appetizer coupon.
Took us forever to get seated, found weird particles in my drink, food took 40+ minutes to arrive, it wasn’t good, and overall the service and experience were poor. NEVER coming back.
