Chili's Grill & Bar, Sulphur Springs TX

I spent $80 for two ppl. 1 appetizer, 2 meals and 1 dessert.
The ribeye was cooked medium rare yet it was chewy. Felt like it was boiled in its own fat. Same with the shrimp. Teach your workers how to cook a steak!

OMG chills new white Mac n cheese would be great if it was cooked I waited extra 10 minutes for it and the rest of my food was cold. That was 45 dollars meal wasted. I don't know what the problem was tonight but I am very disappointed with chills ss tonight I wish I could get my money back fries was hard and cold half rack was cold my salsa was like water dang I sure hate chills tonight

Salmon was good but y’all gotta not steam your broccoli in thin plastic bags. It’s lazy and leeches a gross amount of chemicals into the vegetable. A kitchen with a corporation the size of Chilis backing it you should be able to have the means to properly steam vegetables in large quantities or batches in a short time.

Loud and seemed to be conflicting music sources. Tvs on different channels added to the noise. Service was great, parking great, busy intersection at I-30 and Broadway (154) in Sulphur Springs TX. The town where I was hatched

The food was great, there wasn't a long wait at all, the servers checked on us the whole time and were on point. One of the best experiences I've had at a restaurant.

The meal was delicious! The service was right on top of everything! Great meal and great service. Definitely a win win!

Sat in the bar about midday so it was kinda slow but the server was fast, kept our drinks full, attentive, and very nice.

Delicious bbq brisket burger, yummy pickles, just busy but we got our food quickly and it was hot.service was good.

Everything was so good! And the service was excellent. I needed to rush to beat some bad weather, and everyone was very accomodating.

It's been a while since I've been to a Chili's and forgot how good the food is. Thanks for the reminder!

Good food, quick service, pleasant servers a well run, better than average franchise restaurant. Recommend.

Bad service, horrible food and COLD, no real management. No pride in the product they put on table. Even the chips looked like leftovers. Waited 15 minutes at bar for drinks. We were told “drink runner” new system had to bring them. Took 25 minutes just to get chips and salsa. Waited another 15 for burgers which we we asked about food bar tender went to kitchen and brought us COLD well done burgers when we had orders med rare and expected hot food. Fries were a joke and stone cold like all else. Lots of young adults in back and hardly anyone on the floor. NEVER saw what you might remotely consider management. Took forever to get drinks, food but not check. NEVER going back. Waste of time and money. Steer clear.

Kinda disappointed in our visit yesterday. Our starters came out with our meal, and that was really disappointing. Both of our plates had burnt food. Burger was burnt, ribs had been over cooked and was hard to chew. Fries was either cooked in dirty grease or was over cooked it was hard to tell. We came from quitman to eat here and that was a waste of gas.

Always love chili's grill and bar but the other day my wife and I ate lunch there men's room was so nasty, my wife's drink had something floating in it don't understand how this wonderful place could do this to its customers needs new management!

Solid chilis! Staff is great and the food is hot and comes out quick. This is our go to when we are in Sulphur Springs for tournaments.
