Chili's Grill & Bar, Roanoke TX

I have always liked Chili's. Or service was stellar. Our food was really good. The atmosphere is always very welcoming. This location is on top of it quick greeting, quick drinks, and Quick Service.

I went here with the family; my drink was not right, my burger the just bacon Burger had no bacon, and my oldest only got six fries, six.

We went right before the lunch rush on Sunday. It was very good food, very good time to get the food out. And our server was very attentive.

Not bad, but not great. The food was not as good as it used to be, the waiter was nice but not particularly on the ball. Set right by kitchen though there were lots of other tables.

Not a single staff member on the floor must be a party in the back or something.stood for about 5 minutes at the host stand. Not even a bartender pretty off-putting gl if you guys go to this location.

I've been coming to this particular Chili's for over almost 20 years. I've seen it go through so many different changes but this iteration is by far the best! The staff is AMAZING! Great hostess, wait staff and bartenders! The food has been amazingly consistent and delicious. This MUST be the best Chili's EVER!

I order here all the time. Never again. Every time I order a salad they always forget something. The Santa Fe Salad comes with spicy sauce which they usually forget. I picked it up on way home last night and gave me no ranch dressing. THis happens evry time. They discontinued the Buffalo salad and wife is furious. Why take off something that is good. I am done with them and will not eat here again

Took my Disabled Son to Chili's for a Happy Birthday supper. The Waiter was patient with us while we waited for my Daughter and Grandson. The cheese sticks were huge! Food was great! Service great! Waiter was great! Yes, we will come back and we highly recommend this Chili's! God bless Ya'll!

Service on 05/19/23 at Roanoke, Tx wasn't what we're used to. Our server brought my husband 1 refill and never came back to see if our grandson or myself would like a refill. Would've tipped more if the service had been better.

I love this location, so amazing staff, clean and very delicious food! Affordable fun food! I love Chili's since I was 15 years old and still love it!

The food wasn't prepared as asked. The service was very slow. They didn't ask us about any specials or drinks or dessert. They were not very busy and I can see why. They're close to where I live so I've been there many times and this is the worst service I've had

After a bad experience at Watauga Chili's we decided to go to the Roanoke location the difference was night and day. The Roanoke location has it together. The food is so much better, no nasty burnt hamburger patties, our food came out quickly, correctly, and taste good. The pictures are of burger and chicken sandwich cut in half to see that they were properly cooked. We would definitely return to this location.good service too.

Good food and generally good service. This Chili's tends to be dirty, though, so if clean floors is a thing for you.go elsewhere.

Quesadilla Explosion Salad is a favorite for me. Most of the menu is solid, though the chicken crispers recipe seems to change (for the worse) every few months.

Wait times are fine during days, weekend nights are hit and miss depending on staffing (like anywhere else).

We love Chili's. This is not the first time that we visit this location. We really like it.

Poor service. We were sat by the kitchen entrance and the language used was very vulgar, especially with 2 kids with us. Chips were too salty and had to send them back. Service was inattentive.

Our service was great! Everyone was super nice. Our food came out at a reasonable time and it was nice and hot. Our food was delicious. Drinks stayed full. We will be back!

Some guy at the bar wouldn’t leave the host alone but we helped her out by walking in lol

Awsome was very nice just stopped by to have a meeting and just ordered drinks and a appetizer

Ordered take out and expected about as much as you can from chilis. However even with the bar almost on the ground they couldn’t even make it… my husband checked in for the online order and figured like normal someone would bring out the food. However he sat there for 10 minutes, he noticed that an order had been sitting there the whole time so he called and asked. That’s when they decided to bring the same order that had just been sitting out to him. Which whatever we just wanted to eat. He gets home and of course it’s all cold but imagine my surprise when I open my burger and find RAW beef. I called and spoke with a manger the next day and let him know the situation. He offered to email a gift card but of course that never happened. So here I am a week later, make sure your food is cooked or better yet eat somewhere else.

Great Service, their staff is top notch! The food quality though is just not worth the increase in prices from inflation. Will be hard pressed to consider this chain in the future based on current value for dollar. Taking away food from long existing dishes and charging more doesn't bode well.
