Chili's Grill & Bar, Cleburne TX

I love the Cleburne Chili's! I know the Mgr. He has a great work ethic & makes very sure people are satisfied at Chili's.

I don’t have a problem paying the prices, but for nearly $14 the quesadilla explosion salad had very little lettuce. Was just quite small for a full size salad. It wad good but just left a lot to be desired. I even got the salsa and chips. And the container was half full. There wasn’t even a need for the full bag of chips.
Just kind of disappointing.

Unfortunately, I didn't get our server's name but, the young man was an outstanding waiter.

It's Chili's, you know what the food is like. What makes this location stand out is the excellent service! They truly go above and beyond to ensure excellent customer service. Many thanks to the manager on duty tonight, Juan, for an amazing experience! You turned this disappointing evening into a blessing and I'm truly thankful!

Everything was so awesome, except the food took awhile to get out to us. But other then that great!

This is a favorite go-to for my family of 5. (All men/boys and me.) We finish every meal sharing 2 Molten Lava's.

Well the food here is great but customer service not so much i called to ask them to update my order to make it where there wasn’t a certain item on my dish because i’m allergic and a new girl had answered the phone (if you’ve worked fast food you know new ppl aren’t supposed to answer the phone because they aren’t equipped to deal with questions yet) new girl took the phone to the manager and the manager fixed it however when i said “thank you have a great night” she had cut me off and hung up they both sounded very annoyed and almost like i was inconveniencing them

I don’t go to Chili’s often, but it hasn’t disappointed me yet. My favorite dish here is the southwestern egg rolls. (My mom loves them too, so much so she found a copycat recipe online and now makes them for us all the time when I’m home). So many food options here, there’s something for everyone:)

It was our first time at this establishment and the food was better than we went in expecting. Our server was very attentive to us as well as other staff their, we were very happy with how much the employees checked in on the tables. We had one small incident with a food label in our food but the Manger handled that with grace, we will still be going back as a regular for date nights. We had an amazing overall experience while dining here.

Usually we have great service. Our waiter today seemed stressed to have waited on a party of 19. She seemed frustrated because we were all on separate tickets and had a tone of voice that seemed a bit rude. Other than that food is always great.

I decided to give it another chance after not going for several years due to the fact my food was RAW the last time I went. Well, this time wasn't any better. The chicken was as tough as leather. The mac and cheese was mushy and old, the fries were hard, and my drink tasted awful. The only thing that was halfway decent was the quesadillia. I will not be returning. The server was ok.

Food was great. Our waitress was nice but very much seemed overworked. Great experience - I just felt bad for our server.

I order once a month and the toppings they give for the chocolate molden cake is less every time, just not enough to cover top of cake maybe 1/2 of teaspoon full, very disappointed.

Food was amazing, george our did amazing despite the hostess quadruple sitting him within the 15-20 minutes we were there, coming from a hostess myself no matter how good the waiter or waitress is you never triple sit someone.i saw multiple open tables where she could of sat many people but yet decided to overseat him.i completely understand if she is new and doesn't understand the rules of seating yet but if she isn't ne she should of been trained and should of known better.please train the hostess not to overseat your waiter and waitresses george deserve a big ole raise.

Our waiter was the best. Tea glass was always full. And we put away some tea, as it was very hot outside.

Had the fajita trio the fajitas meat was so tuff could not eat it, shrimp had no flavor, the chicken tasted like rubber. And the rice was hard. THEY NEED A NEW COOK

Hit or miss on service along with food quality. Managers person-ability makes coming back possible.
