Chili's Grill & Bar, Fort Worth TX

I got the Fiesta salad. It was so spicy I could barely eat it and I like spice. I had to pick through it, so I barely ate.

Arrived at 6: 45ish, we’re seated immediately, ordered drinks, chips and salsa, looked over the menu for about 5-7 minutes and then ordered. Our order was a triple dipper (as entree) and a bbq brisket burger medium well. Waited about 30 minutes, were told the burger had been over cooked and was remade, but would be out shortly. We wait some more. The table behind us, who were seated about 20 minutes after us, then receives their food. We flag down a manager, explain that we’ve now been waiting almost 45 minutes for our order and nothing. A few moments later the burger (still over cooked) and triple dipper (which has been dying in the expo window and is now cold) are delivered to the table. How is this acceptable service?

Wife and I stopped in for a quick lunch before a movie at the theater across the parking lot. We sat at the bar, ordered margaritas and shared a couple appetizers. I hate that I can't remember her name, but the bartender was great. Food and drinks were great (not many places beat Chili's salsa, if any). We knew we wanted something quick, so we were probably in and out in 30 minutes, but we could've stayed for another round if not pushed for time. We'll definitely be back!

My go to place with one of my best friends. Everything is great and the host Isabella was so sweet and attentive.

Stopped in for a couple beers and the "dip duo" before a movie and enjoyed my visit. The place was clean and the bartender was attentive and good for a chat.

Didn't get our order right.
Waitress never came around after delivering our food.

Had the 3 for $10. Old fashion burger was great, and my Grandson loved the chicken quesadilla. Service was fast and friendly

Been awhile since I have eaten at a Chili's, it was very good and service was quick and friendly.

I come to this chillis because it's the closest to my house. I hate to complain about Chillis because I worked at one for years. This one is always a disappointment. This time, my husband and I were there celebrating his citizenship, we have a 2 year old so that's why we don't go fancy! Anyways.basically all of the food came out cold. Nothing tasted good or fresh. I've had chillis hundreds of times, and every time we go here, it's disappointing! The customer service is decent tho and management comped off items, but still, we were celebrating and left in an upset mood!

Came in for a solo lunch. Went to sit at the bar and after 10 minutes I never saw the bartender or anyone to take my orderbso I left and went next door to Pluckers for lunch. Sat at the bar and had a huge draft beer in front of me in less than 2 minutes.

What is this chilis. First server dipped out second guy came in obviously inebriated and started to pet my 10 month old daughters hair never got our drinks food was all messed up. Everything about this visit was terrible

The time we went it was hot in the restaurant which made it not so appetizing. Food was good and service was good as well.

Always short handed on waitresses. Since covid they close parts of dinning room because they are so short staffed.
Staff is usually very nice and friendly. Food is typically good.

Love Chilis, always great people with a great atmosphere. Love the little changes they made to their menu. Especially the Chipotle honey crispers.

Came in last night with my family and had a terrible experience with our waiter. It seems there might have been a technical issue with their checkout machines, but it took nearly 15 minutes for us to receive our bill and our waiter seemed very frazzled and neurotic. We watched him arguing with the manager while we were waiting for our bill. Overall, left us feeling very on edge and dissatisfied. The one bright spot was the food came out quick and the food runners were very polite and accommodating.

JW was awesome Waiter. He managed 6 tables with speed and accuracy while engaging with the various Children's having them laugh. It was great to observe JW working tonight. Because of JW the Service and Atmosphere was beyond EXCEPTIONAL

Use to be my favorite location till they messed up my order many times overcooked/missing sides/or side in the top of the food could be better if you they can pay attention to what their costumers orders

The staff was attentive and quick. Our food was hot and delicious. No notes, great job team!

Come on Chili’s ……

Have your staff keep an eye on the door. We walked in and waited 8 minutes before walking to the back to find the host sitting down talking to a friend.

Later we watched other folks enter and have the same experience

It’s SUPER slow and they seem understaffed but could make due with a little old fashioned hustle

Food was decent

Had to send back a well done steak (I ordered mid rare +)

The new one was pretty good
