Chiloso Mexican Bistro, Denton TX

I've only been a few times and the guys behind the counter are EVER kind and patient. I'm still trying to figure out what I want/ and don't want. This time Jae Hinojosa didn't pressure me, or get irritated w/my indecisiveness. He also wrote down my picks for me. "Who does that these days? "Good representation. I know just what to put in my bowl next time. All of the young men gave a very relaxed face to the establishment. I'll be back and thank you.

Our first time visiting it will definitely be our last! Food was tasteless and cold, very overpriced for what you get.

Chiloso has been an oftenly frequented place for my work. We often will go there on taco Tuesday. Everything was all good until a bunch of our crew got food poisoning yesterday, October 10th. Don't know what was wrong but didn't feel well all day after eating there. Found out today my coworkers had the same issue.

I am very disappointed in the food I received today. It was not what is usually is or used to be. I haven't been in a while. I hope this is a random off day.

If you were in the mood for a chicken noodle soup instead of a tortilla soup, come to this place. Worst tortilla soup I've ever had not a bad chicken noodle soup though.way overpriced proportions are way under your drink sizes is like 6 ounces very disappointed, service was ok.

Me and hubby tried this place today and it was delicious. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I ordered the enchiladas with the egg on top and was so full of flavor. My hubby ordered a burrito that was huge and also flavorful. Definitely coming back.

I am a teacher, bit I work Uber Eats on the side. I get orders from here so much. I decided to give it a try last night. It was so good! I got the grilled avocados with a side salad. Yummmmm! Great staff. Highly recommend!

We’re obsessed with this place. It’s like if chipotle had some interesting menu idea items for you in addition to the build-your-own options. I love their OMG quesadilla with the rojo spicy chicken. I put the bella blanca sauce on it and it’s such a treat. Their free chips and salsas are really great too. I stick to the using the bella blanca sauce with my chips most of the time also, but occasionally get the fire roasted salsa instead, or the verde.

My wife loves the grilled avocados and everyone she recommends it to loves it also.

You can’t really go wrong here, you haven’t tried it yet, don’t delay!

DO NOT waste your time with this place! We decided to try breakfast here, and it was TERRIBLE! For starters, the prices are WAY too high for what you get.
Breakfast comes with coffee or other drink, I got one squirt of coffee from the carafe dispenser thing, then I was told "the coffee machine is broken. " How in the world did you make the first pot of coffee then? !?
No coffee, no sugar for the coffee, no ice in the dispenser.
Employees were standing around when we walked in, not caring about anything, and don't even know anything about the small menu.
There were NO EGGS in the migas! Who does that? ! It was just cut up tortillas with cheese, so basically flimsy nachos. The "homefries" consisted of half a burned baked potato with some other bits thrown in, with ZERO flavor. The beans have a strange texture.
I could go on, but you get the point. I haven't been this disappointed with a place in a while.
Like I said, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY!

I always try to go here at least once when I’m visiting family in the area. This is by far my favorite place to get a breakfast burrito. You are essentially choosing your own ingredients. That being said; if you don’t like your food that’s really on you.

Went there for late breakfast. They didn't even know what was in the items we ordered. Migas had NO EGGS. Avocado morning plate had no chorizo listed on menu description. When I got it, it was covered in chorizo. For breakfast you get free coffee and fountain drinks but they were out of coffee, sugar and you had to ask for ice. Chips were stale. Overpriced and most food lacked flavor. Employees stood around when there was work needing to be done. The OPEN sign wasn't even on.
