Hunter provided outstanding customer service on both jobs for me today. He swept the chimney and provided valuable feedback about my woodburning fireplace. He then quickly diagnosed the problem with a gas burning fireplace. I am very pleased that he identified an "easy fix" vs.trying to upsell me on new equipment. Ask for Hunter for your next service.

The best choice in DFW if you need any sort of fireplace or chimney project done. There was a slight issue with the condition in which the chimney cap arrived but the owner of the company called and made it right as best he could.

Excellent service from the Chimney guys! They came in, found the issue and saved me money by letting me know what was needed to be replaced (AC Adapter) and showed me how to connect it. Fireplace works now, quick, easy, and excellent customer service! Appreciate it and definitely recommend!
