I highly recommend Chimney Hill only just moved in, but so far I am loving it way more than other properties I looked at.
The application and move-in process was super easy the staff was very helpful, they make you feel at home, Josseline helped me with the whole process and made things very easy, she was very attentive and she truly went above & beyond to help me out answered all of my questions in a professional, yet personable manner. I highly recommend this property, Excelente customer service.
I am very happy and grateful to have found a place to call home with such a wonderful management team, I look forward to being here for a while.

Current renter and can’t wait for it to be over. No urgency what so ever when it comes to maintence issues, currently having AC problems and basically was told by the regional manager that “ this is an old complex and your AC is doing the best it can. ” It was reading 77 in our apartment and was 89 outside, our apartment hasn’t gotten below 70 degrees inside since the middle of April. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone! They always put in a work order but nobody ever comes. If you move here, you’ll regret it.

So I ask, Mary and Josh, this isn’t visible mold growth?

This place is a joke! Repairs are marked as completed when they aren’t. We had a leak for over 2 months in the master bathroom that was coming from the apartment above us. To the point there was visible black mold growing. They denied us a mold test because they said there wasn’t any visible mold, well guess what just because it’s not visible doesn’t mean it’s not there which we proved by hiring a mold inspection company. We notified them with the report from the company. The management company/office staff set up repairs. All they did was repair the sheet rock, and cover up the mold that is up in the ceiling. So the mold is still up in the ceiling on the wooden beams growing. RMP Living is the worst management company I have ever dealt with.

Contact you? For what? You never address any of the problems concerning the active mold that we have proof All your maintenance people did was replace the sheet rock. There is still mold in the ceiling on the wooden beams. “You” to let us out of our lease but only if we give u a 60 day notice and pay a 1700 early termination fee as well as the 2 months rent. Why would we do that for your negligence on repairing the leak? And when our lease is up in 102 days. That would be like paying the remaining rent due on our lease. We never had a bad experience and actually liked living here until your company took over. Thanks but no thanks!

If i could leave no stars I would. If you plan to move here I would be very cautious of the personnel that runs the property along with the upper management staff. I planned to move into this property and on my move in date I was told my unit was not ready and it would not be done for another 3 days. I had already done my due diligence and prepared for the move, but was told that nothing to could be done. I asked could I receive my money back to find a place to move because I didn’t have anywhere else to go and they said no. The management staff was very hesitant with providing me with their bosses information to see if someone could help me further. I took it upon myself to find the corporate information and informed them of my concern which they said I will be contacted by someone within 24 hours. Unfortunately I still had to reach out, basically ask multiple time to get someone else information about a refund. I was given the the regional manager Joshua Austin’s contact who tried to insinuate that it was my fault my unit wasn’t ready on time. After provided him with email and information that I had been speaking to the managers for months he never responded back to me and this was almost a month ago. Be careful because my situation can happen to anybody and it shows that they didn’t care to fix the issue.

In response to your comment be more direct. Your manager offered me “a” solution not “multiple”, after I told them I was unable to wait the day of my move in. Why would I call you when I’ve reached out to you all on multiple occasions? Why did Joshua never respond to the email? Why do you all think it’s okay to toy around with peoples lively hood?

Exceptional service and attention to detail. Gladys and the entire leasing office made the leasing process a breeze, and I couldn’t be happier with my new home. 5 stars!

Ive been here for over 5 years and have had plenty of issues with repairs being done in a timely manner or issues in general being addressed until now. Since Mary and her team started, they have been absolutely phenomenal! Mary is always bright and cheerful with a smile on her face. My son loves to run in and grab a snack while chatting with her and the staff. They have been absolutely amazing! Anytime ive had an issue or needed a repair its not only promptly addressed with actual concern but is also resolved same week! Absolutely going to enjoy another 5 years here! Thank yall for being so smazing!

I just renewed my lease for another year and im beyond content living here, check out the amenities totally recommend.

The prices of 1 bedroom apartment used to be 1,700 Dollars now it is more Than 2,000 Dollars.

Prospective renter. Went in on 9/7/23 to get information on 2 bed/2 bath. The area this is in is ROUGH. Heavy, chaotic construction everywhere. Prepare for tons of potholes and random barriers everywhere limiting your visibility. Homeless people everywhere. Tons of motels, fast food joints, and check cashing spots. So I go in thinking prices will be reasonable like they seemed online. The leasing agent had an attitude. Before we could even speak, she made sure to say she isn’t giving tours because she’s alone. Every apt complex has one agent right now. This is not new since the vid. That doesn’t stop them from either locking the building and giving you a tour or doing a virtual tour. Strike 1 for that. She then proceeds to quote me $2500 for a 2 bed with less than 1000 sq ft. Strike 2. After I promptly pointed out that this ratio of rent to sq ft is absurd for this area, she looked at me like I had 2 heads and starts talking about how it has upgrades. Which tells me that you’re leveraging mandatory repairs/improvements and trying to make them seem like extra to charge more for rent. I have been all over north Dallas touring apts and speaking with agents. There are much safer, cleaner areas that are easy to navigate with no homeless camps nearby for you to look at. Do not waste your time. This place is a joke. And do not trust the prices or office hours online. They are incorrect.

Update: You will not have any “record” of me visiting because I didn’t provide the unprofessional leasing agent with any of my information. Nice try attempting to discredit my review though. I definitely made the right decision.

We stopped by for a tour, Ms. Mary toured us, she was very polite and answers all our questions…she is very kind.

Have been here almost 4yrs and we’re still CONSTANTLY asking for the same repairs. A/C never works properly, so energy bill is always high. We’ve had water damage to the ceiling and carpet from upstairs and reoccurring mold issues, pests from neighboring apartments (connecting walls), water damage from faulty plumbing and shoddy “repairs”, and a backwards utility closet door (almost 2yrs asking to fix), all of that just to start. If not for the current market and cost of living we would have left. The hope is that with this review we might finally get a fix to the issues WE HAVE REPORTED. We report the issues and maintenance marks the the work order complete without the problem being fix.

Excellent attention. I was very satisfied with the attention they gave me. All my doubts were resolved, Miss Josseline took great care of me. Chimney Hill is a nice, very clean and safe place to live. I recommend it!
