Walked in today and was barely acknowledged (I’m black American). Not one staff member was friendly or welcoming. The space is not clean and what I ordered was very bland. The egg foo young is not served with gravy like the typical restaurant, it’s basically served with some type of garlic soy sauce. I do not recommend this place at all. The chicken wings were decent but still huge and unflavored. Would’ve felt more comfortable giving my money to this place had I been welcomed

Place is not as the pictures describe. Tried to dine in. Smelled weird and looked run down. Had to walk out since they didn’t have a dine in. So couldn’t try food either

We haven’t ordered from CH in months even though the food has always been great, but not tonight, it was tasteless and bad so unfortunately we could not eat it and feel we wasted $35, live too far to take it back. Sorry to leave this review but I’m just being honest

The best hole in the wall Chinese I’ve found in Atx (I’ve lived here 15 years now). Aside from 888 this quality here is tops & you get a great portion. Egg rolls crispy, soups are delish, the classics are BUSSIN here (sweet n sour, lemon chicken are insane). The sautéed green beans too are a hit. The only critique i have is the crab rangoons didn’t seem to have enough crab in there? And perhaps a side option of the lo mein so I can fully gorge myself, ha! But overall this place slaps!

Awesome sauce. Really impressed with the quality and portions are good. Loved everything you get on the combos. Sesame chicken and the fried fresh rolls, egg drop soup, all really good! A hidden gem clearly

Absolutely horrendous. Everything we ordered was mostly tasteless, and ridiculously greasy. The chicken in the lo mein is bizarre, soggy and just.bizarre. Needless to say, we didn’t eat it as we were worried we’d get sick. The crab rangoons were just bad, the filling was not really blended like it typically is, thick cream cheese and large chunks of imitation crab. The only thing we were able to eat were the veggie egg rolls and they were also very bland, but we were starving. What a shame and waste of money. Incredibly disappointing.

I was craving Chinese food so I ordered off Ubereats. The shrimp fried rice was slammin. Good portion and good amount of shrimp but they charge you accordingly. The small wonton soup was mediocre.

Exceptional and fast food delivery! We enjoyed the General Tso’s Chicken and Beef w Broccoli combos. Both were delicious! The chicken wings that come with the combo were SO good, wish we got a full order. The chicken was juicy while the outside was perfectly crunchy. The wonton soup and egg rolls were delightful too. This spot will definitely be on repeat for us! Thank you!

Long time customer of China Hill. The meals are great for the price and these folks deliver faster than anyone else, always within 30 minutes for me. With their nearby competitor, I've had orders go almost 2 hours and have stopped using them altogether.

I came to leave a review today and noticed that they may have changed hands recently. I personally think they're continuing to do a great job and wish the new owners all the best.

This is a really good place. I ordered my favorite steamed dumplings and moo-shoo shrimp and was not disappointed. It was a bit expensive, but worth it. The delivery was fast and the driver was friendly. I'll do business with them again.

Wow, what a find. Don’t let their location fool you, this is as high quality as it gets for casual comfort Chinese food in the area. Maybe the best sesame chicken I’ve ever had. Staff very friendly as well. Our new Chinese place for sure!

I hadn't ordered from here in a few months but I think their cook had to have changed because we used to love china hill (we are not within delivery range anymore), but after this weekend-it will probably be the last time. Everything tasted different-bland and more like panda express full of breading or tofu like consistency. Nothing tasted like real food. Even our regular chicken fried rice was trash and my kids did not eat more than a couple of bites. Mongolian beef tasted like rubber. Everything was edible but I wouldn't choose this if it was an option

Ever since the owners changed a couple months back, the quality of the food has drastically improved. Everything is so fresh and you can tell the new owner really knows what they’re doing. Staff was very nice and attentive, the place is always clean and kept up.

It sounds like new owners have taken over. Ordered Schezwan chicken and there was no spice at all. The food was edible but far from authentic and the chicken seemed processed. Nice lady at the counter but can't say i'll be back anytime soon.

We have been eating at China Hill for several years (neighborhood spot near the house). Ordered some last minute dinner because we were feeling lazy on a Friday night. Might have been the worst meal we have ever received tonight. Family Fried Rice (undercooked meat, no seasoning, rice was mushy) and Szechuan Chicken w/fried rice (bland seasoning/no spice at all, chewy chicken).

I gotta say, I'm normally a very loyal customer to China Hill. The lemon chicken was my absolute favorite. Of course it's hard for anyone to really mess up tempura fried chicken, but it's the sauce that I love. Or loved at this point. Our order yesterday arrived with a gelatinous lemon (sauce) very unlike the syrup / sauce like consistency it normally does.

It was not at all flavorful.

Given that this is what we almost always normally order, I can only hope this was a fluke.

I did not enjoy my chicken dinner last night. That was a definite first.

We ordered from this location for the first and last time Sunday evening. Delivered service was timely. The food did not meet expectation. My sweet and sour pork contained very little pork in just a few of the pieces. My wife's chicken did not even taste like chicken. Too bad.
