Literally the worst Chinese food I've ever had. The food was terrible. The almost hour I spent in the line didn't bother me. Surely not worth the wait tho. Waaaaay too much salt on everything. Sloppy service. Drive thru lady was hella rude at the window.never again

Been there three time and all three time they mess my order up. It never fails. They even fail to give me all the items let alone get the items correct.

Servers are nice. The tables are clean. The food tastes ok. Food is smaller portion size - as the lemon chicken, is pictured on the menu.

Usually fast and efficient, very rare have I heard of an order incorrect. The food is great and affordable. I'd recommend this to anyone.

One of your staff is really rude when she sees a paying customer standing in front of her she decided to motion for us to wait while she stands on her phone! Another person had to come take our order while she stared at us like she was disgusted! Someone needs customer service training this happened around 4: 05 P. M on 11/7/2021.

I put one star but really it’s zero. I asked for shrimp pad Thai and they gave me chicken then they tried to say “well we do show that it was chicken” like okay that was YALLS mistake not mine because I said shrimp. Then they wanted me to drive all the way back with the chicken and basically wait and waste gas again. So I got stuck with something I didn’t want. Horrible service. First and last time. Don’t waste your time nor money here.

The service is very bad the boss has a bad temper the food I ordered they gave me the wrong one and for the second time they bring me something different from what I wanted and this lady always with her bad attitude and did not want to change my plate I do not recommend it

Great food, HORRIBLE SERVICE.reciept reads Maria at the drive thru taking orders and handing us the food. Very impation cutting me off when ordering, kept tell her i want a total of 4 egg rolls, she keeps saying one of my plates came with one that i only need 2. She says i only need 2 repeatedly i tell her no i want 4, add 4. She was extremely rude about it as if she telling me what to order. Then im waiting at the window for the soy sause she didnt give me and she starts grunting really loud loudly and yells "AGAIN. "

Shrimp Pad Thai was on point! The wait was long and the teenagers I was with rated their food a 4. The prices were great!

For it being my first time there, it wasn't too bad. I went thru drive thru. My only true complaint is that I paid almost $9.00 for a plate and got a bunch of rice and a small lemon chicken patty with maybe 5 strips. There was more rice than anything. A dinner plate should have 2 chicken patty's. That was my overall complaint.

My wife and I drove to China Rose to get take out. So we got into the drive thu line, which was long. It took about forty five minutes before we could order. After we got our order, we had to come back because they gave us the wrong order. So after we got our right order, straight home we went. Once home we sat down to eat our dinner that we had just payed for. The food was delicious, but the Beef Broccoli? Dinner only had three small Broccoli? Florets. This was my first time going to China Rose.
