They give you a pretty good massage. Worked out all the sore muscles that I had. The only drawback is they keep asking if you want longer massage.

Very professional. Lady knew how to work the kinks out. Definitely recommend. One word of complaint.it's very warm in there.

Very rough dry hands or elbows didn't feel as good but does know how to massage the older lady.
