Chipotle Mexican Grill, San Antonio TX

I only gave two stars for the food because it is good but the customer service, not so much. Worst Chipotle location so far.

Update: I went there again and this time everything was better.

Terrible server. External dirty. Nobody washes there hands. Employee served me without gloves. Payed with cash and was told I can’t get my Amex at change back. They owe me $2.71 because he was out of coins and ones. Asked for a manager but was wasn’t available.

I had the bowl, meat with rice, beans pico, cilantro, cheese, lettuce and tomatoes. It was good but I also had chips and that made it all delicious

You know it's great customer service when you can anticipate your customers needs. I very much enjoyed my visit today. Simple and delicious food. I love how inexpensive the kids meals are.

The red head employee (didn’t get her name) working here is rude af, she rolled her eyes when I walked in. Service was terrible. Don’t recommend this location as long as she is working here. She got my order wrong and didn’t want to correct it.

Busy lunch hour, everyone working very hard. I waited for a while for steak on my burrito, but manager, Sabrina put it on her tab because of my wait. Thankyou so much! Unneccessary, but very kind! Everything was delicious and fresh:) Thankyou so much again!

Lazy night staff 2 hours until closing and they always complain and whine about doing their job. And they never make fresh food.

Ordered through app ahead of time because I hate waiting. Ended up waited 10 minutes. Pick other location. I was supposed to pick it up at 2PM, they didn't even start preparing till 2: 05PM.

You need to fix your phones! I have called and called and called and cannot get through to an associate or manager, or event put in an order. It is an automated computer speaking to me and continues to hang up, or when they do put me through to the store it makes an awful sound and hangs up everytime. Super Super frustrating.

I just ordered to go for two burrito bowls. One of the bowls BARELY had any thing in there.not typical for this location but i am really disappointed. Will make a call to speak to manager on this.

Just Fyi, just because you have gloves on doesn't make your hands clean especially when you're coughing on the gloves, wiping your gloved hands on your dirty apron and wiping the counter off with your gloved hands.and then the workers get an attitude when you ask them to change their gloves before you touch the food. I have to wonder what kind of Training has been done since they have currently had issues with people getting sick. Apparently none at this location

Ate a very delicious chicken bowl here on Saturday and I HAVE NOT HAD ANY OTHER HEAVY FOOD SINCE. I don’t know what in my bowel did it but it gave me food poisoning. I would give this chipotle zero stars if i could, this is my first time having food poisoning and it’s the worse experience I’ve ever had. EAT CHIPOTLE AT YOUR OWN RISK (Not fresh food, just go to freebirds)

Always go there, Nice clean and not at all stingy in putting the food extra unlike other chipotle. More of young crowd at night time. The beat thing avout this chipotle is its open untill late night.

It's Chipotle. If you've been to one, it's the same here. Super clean, good food, and good service.

The amount of money you pay for their food and the portions you get are noth worth its almost like their job depends if they actually fill up your bowl please don't be stingy with your portions

Food was great, and got my food fast. I had a steak burrito. The employee wrapping the burrito might have done the laziest job I've ever seen. I had to open it and reroll it.

I wish they did a better job keeping the tables and drink area clean. Overall, food is good and they are quick.

The food here was disgustungly over salted. I wasnt able to eat my suoer over prices lunch. I qas teuly disappointed, and wont be going back.

Cashier is very rude I ask for a tortillas she ask me to repeat the name 5 times like I'm an idiot, I'll not go to this location again
