Chipotle Mexican Grill, Mansfield TX

I don’t even know why I keep trying to give this location a chance! My husband ordered ahead via the mobile app and one, everything was cold even though we were there at the designated pick up time, and two, my husband ordered double chicken and rice in his bowl and when we got home to eat his bowl was literally only 5 slices of chicken and his bowl was only half full. We tried the mobile app because normally when we go in the associates are rude as heck no greeting and very bland and dry when ordering, but no no no this was no better! We will not be returning and making the extra drive to qdoba instead!

It's not always perfect, but if you like Chipotle, this place is a safe bet. If you're in Mansfield, visit this Chipotle location and avoid the E. Broad St location at all costs!

The beans were undercooked. The guacamole was from the day prior. The grilled veggies tasted like lighter fluid.

Horrible customer service! In line for almost 10 minutes while 3 people make online orders without anyone acknowledging the growing line inside of the store. You would have thought we were invisible but for the young lady at the register yelling at the people in line twice that one of the salsas was only available to online orders. I asked to speak with the Manager Rickey who was standing there at the grill but was totally ignored by him.
How do you justify the entire front line not servicing the customers who are standing in front of you to fill online orders. Clearly this store needs training and better management.

The young employees need supervision and training. The food counter was untidy. Gloves are being use to pull up pants, wipe away sweat and touching tortilla in the same motions

Ordered a bowl for lunch that night and next day was sick as a dog. Def ate raw or cross contaminated food. Never again. 2nd time and NEVER AGAIN!

Food not that great, and music way to loud. Workers can't hear your order so you get the wrong stuff and can't even have a conversation with someone right next to you

Went and bought a Guajillo steak bowl meat was so hard that you couldn't bite through it.

Love their bowls and burritos. We also sometimes get the simple cheese quesadilla. Often pretty busy at this location, so bring your patience with your appetite.

After having nothing but issues at the new location on Broad. I went to this location and everything was excellent. Thanks, the food was great and so was the service.

Do NOT eat here. We ordered online and picked up a bowl of RAW chicken.

Disgusting and unacceptable.

THIS IS THE WORST CHIPOTLE! Zero friendliness. So much cross contamination. Only had one person working the line while everyone just stood around. I don’t even want to give one star.

Food is always cold. Everytime, no matter what I order. If you are going to charge $18 for one meal, it should at least be served warm.

Get there at 10: 45 am we they open and nothing is ready. No fresh veggies. The veggies look like they were from last night. Talked withe manager and he was giving me all kind of excuses. This Chipotle should be alot better. They have only been open for a couple of months.

Best chipotle I have ever had!
The meat was the best quality compared to all the other chipotles out there. No tons of fat!
Also the manager was on top of everything and made sure everything goes smoothly while customers were waiting in line.
I’ll definitely go back to this location.

Worst experience ever.my husband and I walked in an we were not greeted at all. The staff was more interested in thier own private conversations to even ask about our order. We literally stood there for 10 minutes before just walking out.

By far the worst Chipotle we have ever had. I wanted to give it a second chance since the first time I went to this location my rice was not cooked and wasn’t even edible. Went again tonight and the chips were chewy and stale like they were made 10 days ago. Burrito wasn’t wrapped. At all. Unwrapped a small portion of the tinfoil and it’s entire content spilled out. Wasn’t able to be held and it was just wide open. Awful experience. Won’t ever return to this location.: (

Ordered DoorDash and got my usual…. Burrito bowl and I always get EXTRA veggies and salsa on the side. My burrito tasted like NOTHING. They didn’t put veggies on it AT ALL, let alone extra. Didn’t give me salsa either. Find another location.

This is my favorite chipotle I feel all there ingredients are fresh and always on point, my only complain is they frequently out of different stuff (food, plastic silverware, napkins…) so just work on the inventory but other than that excellent
