Chipotle Mexican Grill reviews
15 Best Chipotle in the area, the only one I've found that's good TBH. They actually have fajita veggies here. Food isn't wet and is properly seasoned.
Management feels like it cares here.
Pretty tasty food for those who enjoy Mexican style food. I experienced the food in this particular location too be much tastier than the Chipotle restaurant near the Walmart (W Anderson Lane).
What can I say about chipotle tjat you dont already love. Careful going around lunch if you dont order ahead. There seems to be a line. But ordering ahead is just amazing. Its always ready really fast and they let you know when you can swoop in to grab it. We already know its healthy and taste great.so theres that
Meh.it's Chipotle. I think it's funny. You ask for the burrito but get served a ball lol. Maybe larger tortillas would be better
Came in last week & can’t say enough good about the boys working the front. 10/10 service
I have a love-hate relationship with this Chipotle location. While the food is always delicious (for take-out), the restaurant staff makes frequent mistakes with the orders. Numerous times, items were left out of my bag (I always check now), and I was even given someone else’s order (in the bag labelled with my name and order info), which I had to return to the restaurant. The staff thought that was hilarious and couldn’t stop giggling when I returned. They didn’t remake the order for the other person — I didn’t eat it, but what if I had? Things like this occur too often (and not just to me) for me to rate this restaurant higher. Still, the location too convenient for me to drive out of the way to another Chipotle.
Excellent staff.never felt that they were rushing me through the line. Kept the dine-in area much cleaner than the other Chipotles I have been. Go to this Chipotle if you are in this area even if you find other ones close-by for a better service.
Food and drink was good but couldn't get refills because I can't have carbonated drinks in my diet and the workers pulled all the tea and fruit drinks early before closing.
Instead of throwing away perfectly good drinks, it would have been super nice if they would have warned us or even put it into a gallon jug for us to use for refills. The drinks are not worth it if you can't get a refill on them.
Was thirty because of spicy in my food but no refills were available, not even behind the counter. This is terrible customer service! You serve spicy food, and I love spicy foods but I gotta have some non carbonated drinks to wash it down with. PLEASE
Fast service, and they had all ingredients fresh and ready when I went. People working were nice as well. Did not try a mobile order here yet but will definitely be back and trying a mobile order!
Only reason I am giving it a 2 stars it’s due to the fact that my burrito had about 6 pieces of meat. I really don’t understand why Chipotle is so stingy when it comes to the steak portions. All the Chipotles are stingy. It might as well would have been a veggie burrito: (
Just went to Chipotle for 2 steak bowls @ $9.50 each. They were out out of Pico, cheese, and lettuce on prep line. Server says they were actually out of cheese and lettuce completely. I order a large queso that was only filled 60% of the way, b/c they were also almost out of that. Then the server proceeds to scoop bits of steak out of the cup of queso and still gave it to me at full price. $28 for 2 bowls of mostly rice and beans, a partial serving of queso a a bag of chips. Next time I will just go to HEB for some items from the Meal Simple section.
Tasty Pollo Asado, the customer service is awesome and the place was clean and neat, thank you!
When I got there, all of the employees were huddled in the back, not working the line, listening to a story. I easily stood there for 5 minutes, with my kids waiting. They saw me, but didn't do anything other than look back. When they finally did start working, they had no lettuce and forgot one of my items. Maybe we just caught them on a "break" but it was incredibly frustrating when there was no one in line ahead of me. By the time they started working a line had formed behind me. Never seen that before. And won't again at this Chipotle, I'll stick to Arbor Walk.or Cabo Bob's.
One of the better Chipotle locations in Austin and they don't skimp on portion sizes. The employees are very nice although the manager can be a little cranky if you get more than one scoop of rice or beans.
