The staff was rude disrespectful and giving unprofessional attitude.
They didn’t even have chicken, rice, beans, or guac stoke and ready to go. Waited 15mins to even eat.
Food quality bad.
Do not waste your time at this chipotle.
The girls working the night of 12/11/22 were so unbelievably rude. They talked to me like I was dumb and refused service because I asked them a question regarding my meal, and I came in 15 minutes before close. I’d really like to speak to someone because this is unacceptable, as a business manager, I would not tolerate this. We serve people until the time we close. And it shouldn’t be hard considering it’s all already prepared. This is the real world. Little do they know, I was a secret shopper.
The food is consistently good, just don't expect that lil extra. Make sure you time your visit, especially around lunch time. The line can get long and easy parking is tight. It shares parking with the strip mall but, that can involve a bit of a long walk, especially if you're taking the food to go.
In town for work & when I tell you this was the BEST Chipotle I've eaten in a long time BELIEVE me! We keep telling everyone how flavorful it was. DELICIOUS I wish I had a picture to post, but you MUST stop in & try it for yourself
Lady serving the food, cleaned the countertop off with the same gloves she was using to serve. She then dipped her hands into the lettuce without ever changing gloves. I’m not sure if she realized what she was doing but that’s very unsanitary. To make matters worst, I ended up throwing up after eating the food. I’ve been here 3x though and this was my first negative experience
Something about their food isn’t right. It taste old. It’s not as good as other locations. The chips always taste stale, hard and dry like they are from 3 days ago. I’ve been here multiple times. Every time I eat half my food and throw the rest away. I was trying to give them the benefit of a doubt that they were just having an off day but never again. The costumer service is nothing special. A majority of workers don’t seem to speak English which isn’t a problem for me, just an observation.
Got a chicken bowl here yesterday evening. Within several hours I was having a violent case of food poisoning. Lasted all night. Still in bed having a rough go of it.
Placed order for delayed pick up. Ordered approximately 8: 35 pm for 9: 00 pick up, arrived at 9: 00 and was informed they were grilling chicken and order would be ready within 10 minutes. At 9: 30, over 10 walk in customers have received their order and I have not received mine. They staff is working as hard as they can, and is no fault of their own. 1 cook working, 1 cashier, and 2 serving (including the manager Joe). Finally when I received my food at 9: 35, I was informed there was no more guac. I was told I could ask for a refund online, but I did not accept that. Joe made it right by refunding the guac charge. I'm understanding, but I placed the order more than hour and my order didn't not come as expected. Very disappointing, but the staff was under a ton of stress and should not be punished. Do better.
Poor service with a nasty attitude dpnt know how people like that even work in customer service not once did sheale eye contact or try and help me withy card jacquelyn is horrible do not recommend this place she also had issue with customer behind me
Every time I come here the line is out to the door and it takes like 30 minutes to get any food. They're not that busy, they're just clearly understaffed. There's never more than like 2 people working the food/payment line and it's really frustrating that this place takes way longer than any other Chipotle I've been to. I've left several times in the past because the line is ridiculous but I keep giving them another shot for some reason. Management needs to step up and figure out a solution to this problem.
This chipotle always put so much protein on my bowls and i never ask for extra.place is super clean.my orders are always ready on the shelves.however, CHIPOTLE.why do yall use the shelf system for to go / online orders lol anyone can go up there and take the biggest bag and get free food.the most untrustworthy set up if ive ever seen one.oh yeah, my food was missing one time so i had to wait for them to remake it. (which wasnt their fault)

They won't let you order a quesadilla unless it's online. How inconvenient, since I'm at work and don't have time for the foolishness.
I'm going to change all my reviews of Chipotle. As one that doesn't eat cheese and meet together, I can't eat guacamole. The cheese is falling into the guacamole. I need to ask you to give me new guacamole each time. Some of the staff understand me, and some of them do not. Please consider changing the place of the guacamole.

So normally when I order a veggie burrito, the avocado comes with it, since I don’t get any proteins. But tonight the girl kinda just laughed it off and charged me anyways. I wouldn’t normally care but the laugh was in Poor customer service. 10/10 would not recommend!
WORST EXPERIENCE ever! Don’t come here! First off the food was cold, and also Sophia was extremely rude for no reason at all. I normally come here for lunch but because of her lack of friendliness I won’t be coming here everrrrr again. PLEASE DO BETTER CHIPOTLE.
I am not sure if they are under new management or they hired better people but the quality of food has gotten much better. Good on you guys!
Terrible service, go to this location and the only Chipotle store that I get hardly any meat they put on my tacos, asked to speak to a manager and the cashier gave me a “apprentice” business card?
I’ve done takeout and dined in at this location hundreds of times In the last 8 years (I happen to love this area due to the Galleria shopping options nearby lol). Anyhow, service is great. It’s usually packed at lunchtime. The cleanliness of the store is mediocre compared to the other Chipotle locations around Houston.
