16It's obvious no one is managing this location. It's a mess. The rice is always undercooked. The pinto beans are disgusting. I watched a worker put food on my burrito and scoop some of it out. I complained and you rewarded me with a buy one get one free. You want me to spend more money to get a courtesy. Then I'm like ok no problem I'm going to go back and redeem it. Our burritos were thrown together. All of our ingredients were on the outside of the Tortilla. Never Again
Order online and pick up, said order was ready 2 miles ago. Waited for 10 more minutes. I get home. Open up my order and the sour cream/cheese on my order. I didn't ask for any and can't eat it cause im lactose.
Clean location. Good portions. Make more regular steak as there was none so I bought the garlic steak.
Came in, the server showed me a smile and a lot of kindness, he was so sweet! He had glasses on. Kindness service I got from any chipotle, will come back for this location to get service again from the kindness server.
Staff looks drained and overworked but it's the typical Chipotle quality that you would expect.
Not a good experience at all. Food prepper rolled my burrito super tacky. Chips were mad stale. Never going back to this location.
Bad customer service. That's all I can say. I was standing at register ready to pay for my food and it was like if I wasn't there. The girl serving on the line had the worst attitude.
Love chipotle but the service here was so bad. The guy that helped me seemed like he just didn't want to be there and seemed annoyed that I had several orders. I was doing take out for my kids and myself. The rice wasnt cooked all the way. My burrito seemed like it was a kids burrito since he didn't give me the right amt of food. Whole experience was bad.
This place is so dirty they have roaches crawling around the food, I literally walked out on my food mid order when I noticed roaches! Be careful folks.
Quick access to location. Located on a corner so parking lot is easy to get to. Service and food are always great!
Service here is usually bad. This last time ON Friday 10/14/2022, was even WORSE. The first guy at the line (which refused to give me his name and the “manager” said that he didn’t have to (I told him I was going to make a complaint), got annoyed because I wanted veggies on two salad bowls. He served a couple of veggies strings in one, and kept trying to pass the bowls to the next employee so he could be done with me, but I asked if he could put some veggies in the second bowl too, and he raised his voice saying that they were out (as if he was upset for me to even ask), when I know usually they have more and switch the containers, which I told him). Then, he barely put some steake on one of the bowls (the other bowl was sofritas), and when I asked him to put a little more steak to make the portion appropriate, he said to do double portion, which I said I was goin to do, but that he needed to first put the correct amount of the first scoop. Portions at this location are always small, even on veggies, and they really want to push double protein charge. THEY NEED TO HAVE A MEASUREMENT SERVING CUP! Just serve what we are paying for!
This bad employee was rude and made a scene by raising his voice at me in front of all the other customers, when he could have communicated differently AND THIS LOCATION SHOULD HAVE THE INGREDIENTS available. This location always seems to avoid serving correct portions of any ingredient.
The female manager (got her name but as a courtesy not posting it), which also did not act professional, was laughing at the situation. And when I was discussing with her, how unprofessional he was and why I was upset, the guy started to yell again trying to get into our conversation. So THE MANAGER FINALLY TOLD HIM TO BE QUIET AND FINALLY APOLOGIZED FOR HIS BEHAVIOR AND SHE FINALLY STOPPED LAUGHING. Not going back there for sure, but like I told her, IT SUCKS THAT WE HAVE TO DRIVE FURTHER TO OTHER LOCATIONS JUST BECAUSE THIS LOCATION HAS VERY BAD SERVICE.
THIS IS IN NO WAY THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT, THIS IS THE CUSTOMER DOESN’T have to be abused or intimidated by a crazy person working there. Respect has to be from all parties!
Had a side of guacamole, and I literally had a “avocado from Mexico “ sticker in it, we’ll I am glad the avocados are fresh. Next time workers don’t be lazy and take time to take the peels and stickers in the trash. That way they won’t be mixed with the guacamole! That is all!

Though it tends to get full, this place has an awesome service. Great food and great people.
I ordered a salad with extra veggies and got 5 pieces of bell pepper and barely any spinach.
Flavor okay but food was cold. I watched as they continued to serve the same food to the line after another customer in front of me mentioned the meat was cold. I wanted to say something as well but as I was at the table eating I saw the customer go back and forth to the employees and it seemed like the staff was very bothered so I didn’t even waste my time.
Didn't have enough food items ready for serving and when I asked if they can get more they said that it would take a while to make or Didn't have the the food to make. When I asked for fresh salad they told me that that's all they had on hand. Didn't bother to try looking but charged me full price for the little bit of "salad" that I did receive. I should've canceled my order and went down the road to Freebirds but was on a time constraint. Now I know better to just go to Freebirds.
