17Very nice but did not listen to order and messed it up. Paid quite a bit for a large queso and the chips were inedible due to being very stale. Not worth the money this time.
Of all the Chipotles I've been to, this is the only one that served a small amount of food, compared to other units. Totally non-standard. In short, leave hungry.
I ate a burrito bowl Sunday evening and by Monday afternoon I started getting stomach cramps a long with the worst case of diarrhea. It's now Tuesday and I still am in the same condition. This place needs some serious changes so customers don't continue to get sick. You would think after paying out 25 million dollars in fines for giving foodborne illnesses to customers they would ensure this wouldn't continue. I will never eat at chipotle ever again
Filthiest Chipotle I have ever been inside. The floor was so nasty I nearly slipped down. Every table in the place had previous customers spilled or dropped food and not a single employee was performing any work! I assumed my order that had been called in 20 minutes prior to my arrival would be ready for pickup. It had not even been started. I guess they all feel that every customer owes them something. I won’t be back to that location again. And I will warn everyone I know to avoid the disappointment they will surely receive there. I gave you one star because there is no zero choice!
The food was fine. The woman at the register named Kristine is the reason for the 1 Star. She had this super lazy way about her and she looked at people like they shouldn't be eating here even if they paid for their food. I had a large order and had my children with me. After I paid for the food I saw that my food, glass bottle drinks, guac, and separate sides were all next to the register with no tray. I asked her for a tray and she says, there's no trays and looks towards the next order. No apology, no offer to help, she just looked at me like she was ready for me to get my food away from the register. It was a real struggle getting all the food and kids to my table. I always leave $5 tip at the table because of the mess my young children sometimes make at the table. But this time I noticed she was the one at the register and cleaning up the dining room so I happily let them make a huge mess and left $0 at the table.
They gave half a spoonful of steak. This location used to be good for a short period of time but they suck now. My son had a rice burrito and I was given a sour cream burrito. Just awful now.
Overpriced and under delivered, every time. An order of 3 tacos now have a limited # of toppings, despite the fact that it is the same cost as a burrito or bowl (both still unlimited). Tacos are already a smaller portion. You are already paying a premium, and now Chipotle just says 'eff you' pay it again, especially since at this location you'd better order extra lettuce if you want absolutely any at all. I understand they had to fix the 1 taco hack but don't punish people paying full price too. To go orders are often teeny tiny, and even more often sloppily made. I love getting 0 meat in 1/3 tacos, said no one ever.
I really wish I could give a negative star here. We came in for dinner at 615. They're out of chicken, white rice, lettuce, tea, coke and lids for the cups. I asked how long the chicken would take, I was told 5-10 minutes. After waiting 10 of those minutes and watched 3 employees just standing around, I noticed a manager and asked if someone could please cut the chicken. She acted like I interrupted her standing around and had someone start on it. We then asked how long the white rice would take. They said 40 minutes. I'm sorry, why wasn't the rice started 40 minutes ago. It's dinner time people. I'll be taking my business to the rufe snow location from now on.
Super long line they got my order wrong Even though I was in line they gave me someone else's. I called the store 3x to correct the mistake and no answer.
My double wrapped 2lbs burrito was the bomb. I call it the siesta. Cause that's all I want when I finish it.
They need to watch their proportions. My barbacoa burrito was huge yeah, lots of sour cream, lettuce and cheese but only two small pieces of meat. I mean come on it's a $11 meal and no meat pretty much. It's getting worse by the day.
Terrible service. I placed a pre-order for delivery, placed at 10 am scheduled for delivery at 530 pm. Order wasn’t ready and the Uber Eats driver had to wait till the order was eventually cancelled over an hour later. If No Stars was an option I’d go with that.
Get a place, but my kids love it, so we go there. All the time. Just don't order ahead. It takes more than showing up and waiting in the line.
Poor management and rude staff. Don’t ever place an online pick up order at this location because you will be deprioritized. My pick up was for 6: 10, I finally left with my food at 7 and that was only because I stood in the line! After watching the line filter through while I was still waiting on my food, crazy! They shouldn’t take online orders if they are understaffed and don’t plan to fulfill them when they say they will. So many disappointed customers in there tonight! I will never return to this location again.
First time I had Issues at Denton Highway, Watauga location. Bag of chips not even half full so Cost went up while Quantity reduced. Chips were stale/not fresh. Ordered Barbacoa, but Employee kept grabbing liquid instead of meat with Tongs. I kept telling her what she doing wrong with each attempt she makes then she asked if I wanted Double Meat. I stated I want the meat, not the liquid you keep grabbing so no to Double Meat. No brown rice available.
The lady that made my bowl was rude. Also, they didn't have guacamole which is so strange and she got and she got an attitude when I asked why. I will not go back to this location again. What a waste of time and gas.
Don't waste your time ordering from the app and having it delivered from this store!

My recent order was delivered with the wrong item sizes, the bag was not sealed, and there was no receipt.
I didn't get what I paid for and my items were delivered unsecured so the delivery drive could easily access its contents. We are in the time of Covid and the Denton Hwy store could care less about their customers personal safety!
The order placed from this location prior to the one referenced above did not have all the items I ordered either! When I called the store the female manager on duty was rude and unprofessional!
I just got off the phone with Chipotle customer service and ask that I not be FORCED to order from the Denton Hwy store and their response was that's the location it defaults to and you cannot choose which store your order comes from! This is 2022 people, seriously? !
Do yourself a favor and visit the Alliance location. They are friendly, competent and always get your order correct. EVERYTIME
