Chipotle Mexican Grill, Pflugerville TX

The food was not great, not enough meat nor other ingredients on the two bowls that I purchased. Staff was not very friendly.

Earned enough reward points to get a free meal. Ordered online and picked it up, and started eating it to only find out it had no protein and was not what I ordered. What a waste of rewards points. I did not expect tot have to open it in the store and check if it was the right order. Not happy to say the least.

Paul is a 5 star employee, I just got out of there and he is making the orders, adding the toppings, charging and asking for help to an older woman on the back she told him NO straight forward in front of clients and continued talking with the kitchen guy. Paul I saw you, you're great!

This restaurant is always busy! The cellular service is bad inside and there is no WiFi. I went today and they were only doing online orders only because the lobby was closed. This chipotle is always hit or miss.

Abysmal service, what’s the point of calling places like these restaurants anymore? They might as well be called Food Distribution Centers. Only online? What a joke. Serve people food inside your RESTAURANT. Whoever is manager there might be the greatest cook ever but can’t run a restaurant.

This location is legitimately the worst one I've ever been to. It's unfortunate that it's the only one close by otherwise I'd gladly drive to another location.

It seems like 85% of the time something is wrong with the food quality. Chicken is consistently underseasoned, veggies are not cut to proper sizes, guac is brown or frozen, and the rice is way undercooked and hard. Every time I order from here I can expect one or more of the above.

Not sure what's going on at this location, but I'd suggest they get their act together. The only time I order from here is if I have BOGO or a free entree. Every time I order here I get closer to thinking it's not even worth eating for free.

One of the most disgusting Chipotle locations and an awful experience related to food, service and hygiene! Try at your own risk.

I truly don't understand how this location is always out of things. Black beans, Pico, chips.
It seems like the last 3 times I've been there they've been out of at least 2-3 different things.

They never have food. They do not have guac, no pico and it was 8 pm, they don't close till 10 pm. 2 hours left in the day and they run out of things. One person working and everyone just talking on their phones in the back. This Chipotle has gone down hill. Go anywhere else to enjoy food and service

The line was long and slow moving but there was only one person making the food. He seemed to be trying his hardest to go fast though. I got the new garlic steak and was not impressed. However, I have not had the regular steak in a long time. I ordered a salad. He did not.put a lot of lettuce which was disappointing but gave me about 5 oz of steak. I will say that the long line was not worth the wait
I spent about $11 on the meal. If.you want to wait then go. The line tells me.that other people like the place.

Having worked for years in the restaurant industry myself it takes a lot for me to write a negative review of any place. But last night was beyond the pale for this Chipotle location. I won't even mention the multiple issues I've had with them in the past, but arriving to pickup my order 20 mins before close, only to find that the staff had already locked up the doors, ignoring me while I knocked, despite looking straight at me while doing it, and one of them sweeping the floor just 2 feet from the door before running to the back when I tried getting her attention, was the last straw. Or so I thought, until I actually managed to get one of them to open the door, tell them that I was there to pick up my order at the scheduled time, only to be told to wait outside while she gets it (keep in mind, they're STILL 15 minutes to close), and then when I get home not only is my food frigid, the steak is so tough I have to pull it out of my burrito and cut it up even further just to be able to chew it.

I don't know who the owner of this franchise is, or who the general manager is, but whoever was the manager on the night of Friday, September 22nd, ought to be written up. Pathetic.

NEVER ORDER ONLINE HERE! I’ve had issues multiple times and have thought surely it couldn’t get worse. It got worse. We are talking missing sides, rotten avocados used in guacamole, and ordered quesadillas and got a tortilla with NO FILLING! Just a cold, sad lonely tortilla, a fitting metaphor for how I felt after my many disappointments here. Will never order from here again. The ONLY REASON I’m giving 2 stars is because the customer service was so great and refunded me everything! Just order somewhere else.

Went into this establishment on 8/28 about 3 pm only to find the restaurant a mess. There’s old rice and chicken on the floor, trash cans are over flowing and the drink station is filthy. None of the tables have been cleaned and look to have Queso smeared on half of them. The line staff don’t change their gloves and just wipe their gloves with a paper towel. Absolutely disgusting.

The worst Chipotle in the world. Here are some facts.
1. Once a month they run out of forks/napkins
2. Completely messy all the time.
3. No Leadership is present.

It’s been long time since I had chipotle - I had forgotten how delicious it is, the staff here were very kind and made great suggestions.

Out of sour cream and somehow could not borrow from the online orders. Did not seem versed in kids meal options. Steak had gristle in several pieces. Daughter said they did an amazing job but tables dirty.

Why is this my third visit in a row that I can't get steak? No corn salsa No chipotle honey vinaigrette got a medium drink instead of the large. If a store closes at 10 and a customer comes in at 8: 50 shouldn't they be met with team members that want to fulfill my order not ones that are being led by a shift manager that can't put down enough food to have till the end of their shift or more concerned with closing so they can leave quickly. I've been a restaurant GM for 8 years and always had food for my guests no matter what time. Closing should take place after the door is locked. Pre-closing is acceptable as long as it doesn't minimize the experience your brand is hoping to five each and every guest. Don't get me wrong I understand everyone's tired and wants to go home but I'm tired of doing my job completely at my place of employment only to have the place I'm hoping to enjoy decides not to fulfill their promise to me. I could see no steak or certain items out like 20-15 minutes before close but not an hour or more. I'd really like to have someone reach out to me and see if these things can be addressed. Thank you.

This location is always dirty and never clean. The workers dont wash there hands and dont change gloves. I am allergic to Guacamole and the worker didnt change gloves. I had to ask, and she gave me a dirty look. The place for dineing in was horrible. Trash over filled and no clean tables. People walked out due to lack of cleaness. Very disappointed.
