Great place to dine if you like food poisoning. Also the drink station was a filthy mess, no lids and half the drinks were empty.
Ordered queso on the side as well as barbacoa on the bowl. Got two pieces of barbacoa. No queso. Skimped on rice, veggies. Everything
I just ordered at this location for the first time in a long time because it's never a good experience and EVERY TIME (along with today) when I place an order they are out of ingredients or forget something. Please, get new management! Its been going on for too long now.
So bad, i literally got food poisoning here even from a veggie bowl.also they’re constantly out of everything so just steer clear
The Chipotle food it's really good, is the service and the fact that they're always out of food here. It's the 3rd weekend in a row I go and the most trays are empty, and is not that there a lot of people cause there isn't. I don't know if they're short in stuff or the employees just chill way too much. They need to put management that pushes a bit more on emplyees to take care of things a bit better.
I enjoy this Chipotle most of the time, but I had a terrible experience here tonight. I originally placed my order (a sofritas bowl with toppings, side guac, and drink) through the app, but it arrived with meat on it. I’m a vegetarian and at this point was already very hungry, so I decided to go in store to get it fixed because I just needed something to eat. I explained the situation to the cashier and they offered to remake my bowl after they were able to pull up my order on their system. It came out quickly, which I appreciate because it was busy in there. I decided to double check it when I got back to my car and it was missing three toppings (as well as the side of guac I had slathered on the meat bowl before checking it, but I wasn’t going to bother with that - just hoped they would include another). I went back in and showed that I was missing multiple toppings to some other person that was now at the register and they offered to remake it. I asked if I could just get them on the side to make it easier, and they said “sure, give me just a minute”. Well, I waited there in the front for another 10 minutes with no acknowledgment before I finally decided to leave with what I had. I also work in food service so I get how it can be, but this was honestly ridiculous.
Instead of al pastor i got normal
chicken and they forgot my honey vinaigrette.slightly disappointed
Dumbest staff in America. We gave this location a second chance after they blew it a year ago, nothing has improved. Check out what they call a salad! When somebody orders chips, salsa, and guacamole, maybe remember to put the chips and guacamole in with the xl salsa you were kind enough to upgrade us to.
The most non efficient place I’ve ever been to. Super long line, one employee working, the others stand around acting confused, restaurant is insanely dirty all the time
This is literally the most disgusting and worst chipotle I have ever been to in my life. Consistent wrong orders. Always out of everything. It is dirty. I literally can not express how much and how deeply to not go to this chipotle. You're better off driving 15 more mins to get to the one next to Tanger. TRASH.
Didn't have the usual vegetable options, staff were super friendly but did seem to be lacking a sense of urgency.

I ordered online and paied for a double steak barbaco burrito, i came yesterday amd ordered the exact same burrito and it was double the size. I paid 16 plus dollars for it i would like my moneys worth. Just because its an online order does not mean the quality of food service should go down. Terrible terrible terrible laziness.

The worst chipotle I’ve ever been in. I usually never have to ask for extra portions of anything… but this location? I had to because the portions were extremely small. Also, I’ve been there TWICE and they were out of guac. It was only 3/4pm… employees were nice tho.
