Food always cold they make the line’s bowls nice you know pile it on but when they make bowls for pick ups or mobile orders they’re made like a kids meal

The manager was very bad not helpful at all her name is Britney, I ordered throw doordash and the bowel was very very little almost %80 of the bowel was empty and I have a photo for this meal I came to the manager and she told me I can’t do anything for you and she just told me go make a complaint and I don’t care!

Was awful ordered chips and. Not many chips came in a sack really. No good will not go back

Went in today with a very large order at opening and provided them with a list of meals. The manager, instead of working off the list made me order 16 bowls/burritos on the line which was extremely confusing not only for me but for her employees as they were doing multiple items at a time for me as well as helping other customers. The manager was extremely rude and stood behind them doing nothing while her employees busted their butt to get everyone taken care of.

Employees were great… management should be reevaluated for their professionalism.

I went to this Chipotle location and the door said they had no guacamole. I knew I should have turned back then but I wanted to give this location a chance. All of the meat looked very old and gross. The pollo asado was a dark brown instead of vibrant red showing how low quality and long it’s been out. They didn’t wrap my burrito properly as half the burrito wasn’t in the aluminum foil wrapping. When I got home, worse of all, I found a foreign object what appears to be an undercooked piece of meat in my queso as you can see in the photo that should not be there! The queso was watery bland and flavorless. They double wrapped my burrito when I didn’t ask them to. It was the worst burrito I’ve ever eaten in my life and the double wrapping made it really hard to chew through. Very disappointing and alarming experience with sooo many bad things food quality wise that happened! The service was also bad!

Looking at all the bad reviews, this location needs to be shut down for health hazard reasons

Bro did they not give me enough rice barley any food in this plate plus the veggies are not cut properly & the drinks are mixed and messed up. Chicken is WAYY TOOOO SALTY. As a Chipotle muncher, this place is a disgrace to ALL Chipotles.

I ordered at 858 for pick up at 930. Arrived 926 and everything was chaired off. I let a lady through by moving chairs to use the restroom and got yelled by young lady not allowed to do that. My food wasn’t ready till 940. Whole time I can hear the young lady what’s the name on his pick up order. I get it. About 1/3 or less a burrito bowl. Didn’t get her name but I can point her out.

This was the worst place I've ever eaten at Yesterday about 2 o'clock I usually cook my lunch but I wanted a change and went out for lunch the staff at this location has much to learn about customer service my tacos were nasty the chicken pastor that was served was dry and hard like it had been sitting there for hours the bathroom smeeled like hell had came to earth there was a piece of burned paper in my food I'm thinking of reporting this place to the health department or code and compliance I seen no one wash their hands just changing gloves and playing with people food this is not a good place to eat and after reading some of the other reviews on this place they well deserved the reviews they really need work this location is very nasty with nasty attitude having staff I feel retraining needs to be done or just replaced I will never eat here again they should be ashamed of themselves for the way they treat people

Order online. Never know where they are putting the order and they occasionally label the food. Food is very mid

This location sucks. If you come inside the store they don’t let you get corn or peppers cause “they’re for online orders only” pretty ridiculous lol

Over all I use to enjoy this chipotle but recently the manager has been extremely rude and she has gotten the employees to be so very strict on portions that aren’t even meat related such as the veggies and the rice. There a professional way to explain and a rude way; and she chose to be very rude.

I was just going through all the reviews I feel bad I don’t even know why I’m writing this. I guess they don’t even care about their customers at all. I’ll keep it simple everything the reviews said exactly what happened to me the Mexican petite girl on the serving line is extremely rude there food was not ready or wasn’t enough on the plate to serve the customers she was extremely stingy with the food no vege I waited for 20 minutes please drive extra and go to different locations! The young man on the register was very kind.please people don’t go there if you’re expecting okay service go to different locations where employees are more nice and friendly I feel horrible about going here I hope everyone understands

So if you have an autistic son that has certain food issues don't go there. Because wanted meat placed on side the of his kids meal.let's try to charge an additional
4.25. Poor customer service. I wasn't trying to no 4 ounces, but just whatever meat on the side. Anyways, thanks Mrs Meat Police for lacking understanding for your customers with disabilities. What's funny is when you order is Quesadilla you have pick other stuff to put on side. I.e. Rice or beans. Said she was personal trainer for all Chipotles in area. She probably saved us from food poisoning anyways
