Chipotle Mexican Grill, Waxahachie TX

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Absolute horrible and slow customer service. Waited in line for over 20 mins and there was only 5 ppl ahead of me. Size portions were stingy, ingredients didn’t look fresh and were just thrown on there, and the rice was very hard and tasted uncooked. Don’t waste your time or money on this location.

Restaurant was filthy, order was wrong and slow, customer service was lacking. Kind of got it all wrong here

If you don't want to eat slop like a pig I would highly suggest ordering at the restaurant and not online. The food I got was wet and the protein was lacking " I ordered double".

Absolutely do not go to this location. I ordered my food to be picked up at 8: 00. It is now 8: 30 and we still have not received our food. This location needs to make it a point to hire more staff and dedicate people to pick up orders. There are about 8 other people waiting on pick up orders and no apology or acknowledgment has been given to anyone. Do not got to this location if you are expecting efficient service. I can understand being a little late on an order but waiting for over 30 minutes is unacceptable.

This location seems to frequent and typically be unprepared for the rush time during the day and frankly most of the staff has a IDGAF attitude

Came in at 9: 00. They close at 10. Literally had no meat. They told us we could have beans. Disappointing.

Food server's need more training on how to roll a burritos, cook needs to keep an eye cooking cause the chicken he was cooking was burnt and cashier's spent more time talking to each other than the customer's we won't be going back there again.

This is the worst chipotle location you can go to. It seems like the entire staff takes an edible before their shift. Very slow for no reason. Always out of something.

The food was ok doesn’t taste how it used to. The seating area was DISGUSTING. Food on all the tables it was hard to find a place to sit that the tables weren’t covered in food. The workers were nice and polite. But this store and the food was less than appetizing.

There are many better choices. The atmosphere is almost as horrible as BWW.your being punished to eat in there. The burrito was fine, very limited menu

It is chain restaurant food So typically you you know what you're going to get From one city to the next it's an okay location here in Waxahachie

Just left this location about 30 min ago (6: 30pm) and got home and saw 2 pieces of hair in my bowl. I normally have a great experience here but I now see the morning staff is much better than the evening staff. They were very messy (fixing others bowls and burritos while that food was falling into mine), they had my daughter’s tortilla halfway off of the foil and touching the counter where dried up food/liquids were, they were super slow. I am very disappointed. If I didn’t live farther out, I would’ve went back up there and gave them the food back. Very unacceptable and unsanitary.

I love the chipotle bowl with the white rice, pinto beans, the chicken, guacamole, salsa, sour cream, the white sweet corn. Very tasty and not too heavy. I love all the ingredients because of the freshness and great quality!

Waxahachie chipotle absolutely SUCKS, corporate needs to send them more food they are rationing over here! Paid $19 for a double steak bowl, let me tell you I can go outside, dig in the dirt and find more steak than what they put in my bowl. Then I asked for cheese on top the worker grabbed a pinch of shredded cheese and looked me dead in the eye and said “is that all” I felt so disrespected. I literally shed a tear when I pulled my card out to pay. 10/10 would not recommend even to the stray dogs outside

Ordered on the app. It was not ready. After 15 mins I tried to cancel order. Customer service help bot on the app would not let me. Staff in restaurant said they were working on my order next. I continued to wait. Staff had no sense of urgency. Tried to get a refund, but they didn’t know how to do it. Brought me my order, but said queso had another 7 min wait. I left without queso. Total time was 45 mins. I understand stuff may happen, but give people the option to get their money back if they can’t get the product. Or compensate for the horrible service. Was not even offered a drink. Definitely do not use the app.

The door says they open at 10: 45 they did not open until 11: 00 and the employees seem to be very annoyed that there were so much business so early other than the slightly poor service the food was good and I guess when you're getting take out that's what matters the most

Left out my entire burrito in my togo order. How does the famous burrito place forget an entire burrito? God thing i didnt check until i got home and have a mcdonalds down the road.

So happy to see Natalie this afternoon! She is the nicest employee! Glad to come into Chipotle and see a friendly face!

Location is slow and dirty. One person was building the food and apparently was the only one to contact when there was an issue at the register. Everyone else just stood around in the kitchen
