15I just received a burrito from this restaurant via delivery. The burrito is the size of my hand (smallest I’ve ever seen) and it is 90% rice and cold and hard tortilla (sort of to be expected when delivered, but not this bad). Very poor quality I’m noticing from chipotle these days and the prices keep going up. Good bye
Stuffed our burritos to the max and was a great value but the guacamole was brown and lack of flavor.
This is the worst location in the company. The screw up every online order. A business is a reflection of their managers and this location hired the 1 IQ person to hire more 1 IQ people to make their orders. So avoid this place at all cost.
I have been to many chipotles all around the USA and this is one of the best in the country.
Steak was kinda rubbery I paid for extra seems kine they are serving half portions at this location I usually never have issues with chipotle its one of my favorite places but o won’t go back to this location
I normally like chipotle because they give you a lot of food but this location always gives the smallest portions. Gonna have to go buy more food somewhere else just to get a full meal
Love the bowls the problem here is overpriced guacamole. If you pay extra for it, give me a spoon full, don't fill the spoon up then rack it off.
Came in approx 20 minutes before closing time. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We ordered two burritos, chips, and guacomole, along with a side of hot sauce. I am usually a bit apprehensive when someone is trying to close. However, these folks jumped right in and handled their business. Take out order was perfect, napkins, cutlery, everything we needed was there. Thank you and your staff for being professional.
I have zero complaints whatsoever and can guarantee a returned trip to your facility after the Next Nacsar Race.
The man making my burrito adjusted his COVID mask and wiped his sweat with his gloved hand, then when right back to handling my food without changing gloves. The tortilla he gave me stuck to the previous tortilla in the pack and ripped a ply off, so it was paper thin and fell apart while eating.
By far the worst customer experience ever. I arrived to pick up a fairly large order and was not even greeted by the young girl at the window. She had an attitude because she had to work on the large order. I was treated as if ordering food from a place that sells food is wrong. The manager short Hispanic woman was rude as well. I don’t understand why people work in the service industry but don’t want to serve. It’s ridiculous. On top the order was wrong only 1/2 of it was correct. How can you have an attitude and be wrong? Hire new management and staff…cancerous people like these slowly destroy buisness
Seems like this store is trying to ration more than every other store I go to. Online orders seem like I get half scoop of everything and when I walk inside, it’s like they want to barely put anything in my bowl. Flavor of chipotle isn’t as good at this location as the others either
Food was good but you can tell cleanliness is not top priority
Call the counters, tables, and Floors were all very dirty like they didn’t have the time for the staffing to make sure there was proper cleaning going on
Not sure what’s going on with Chipotle, this site was basically out of all meat except carnitas, no beans and no brown rice, the servers were trying to make the food they had stretch out over more customers. I asked for double meat and it was less than a normal serving. I feel bad for the staff since they were out of everything, but they were less than cordial about the issue.
UPDATE 7/12/2023 Audrey was so nice and helpful today! I decided to come back and give this location another try because my coworkers were ordering. So i wemt in and ordered my food. Audreys' attitude was very positive and so much better than the other people I have had. Also, the girl with long hair and glasses was super nice. The food was so much better, and the rice is actually perfect. I am happy this location has done a 360 and improved so much. The food was horrible! The rice was not cooked and so hard! No flavor! My chicken was so dry! My daughters bowl was just a huge clump of fat and dry carnitas her rice was the same. My mom's steak bowl was pathetic! Dry meat, hard rice, and like 10 black beans. This is ridiculous! I picked up 3 other orders for coworkers, and all of them are complaining also.
We ordered salads online for pick up and literally had 4 pieces of spinach and lettuce and missing other items we requested. Salads are $10+ and for what they just served us it is not worth it. I love chipotle but this right here just makes me never want to come back.
