Chipotle constantly disappoints and everyone at this location except the really tall dude is extremely rude!

Will say they are out of something when it is clearly out for mobile orders and then refuse to use any ingredients from the mobile order line. Like cheese…? Literally the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard of

Just don’t mobile order. They will scam you beyond belief. Went the ole lays chips route almost thought my bowl was entirely air! What a joke.

Here’s my real problem, during the lunch rush a female worker locked the front door with now way patrons could not leave out the front door. The front door had an exit sign above the door which means it should always be an exit. The lady said to exit out the side door. Unfortunately how the store is set up one cannot see the exit sign. The doors should never be locked if the store is open. Doesn’t need to happen with patrons inside the restaurant.

It is a very good location but the food was horrible and cold for 10.95 a bowl I would seem to think that they would fill their bowls up enough to at least the rim but no it looks like they smushed the food to one corner and then dispersed it I have no problem with chipotles every other one I’ve been to have been pretty good and I’ve been going to chipotle for years on end. I DO NOT recommend going to this LOCATION AT ALL! There was no food in the bowl and it was stone cold and we live less than 10 minutes away it would have not gotten cold at all. I tried calling the store location multiple times and no response it rings for a good 2 minutes then says storage is full. This sucks would not go here again.

First time here and not impressed. The food after the second bite turned into a bland mush. The service was great; the gentleman behind the counter was very helpful and sweet. We also liked how much food we got for the price.

Would give zero stars if I could. Rice was super hard I nearly cracked a tooth and they won’t give me a refund for the order. I always order from here but I won’t be returning since they refuse to answer their phones to give me the refund. Horrible service.

Great spot - consistent quality of beans and guacamole. Nice staff, always refilling and cooking on time.

I don't normally write reviews, but the more I ate my food, the more disappointed I became so I felt compelled to leave one. The food was unbelievably bland. I even tried to add salt (which I've never done) to bring out a bit of flavor, didn't work! I normally love Chipotle; this is my first time at this location. I won't be back.

Tiny portion, paid for double protein and the employees act like they’re paying for the meal themselves. Barely a normal portion. $18 for a bland meal. Wont be back.

I guess I went at the right time on the right day. (Thursday around lunch) Service wasn’t the best but I got the typical chipotle experience I expect.

Showed up at 830pm and they didn't have chips or guacamole. They said they were out for the night. This has happened multiple times already. When are they going to get this together. They still have another 1.5hrs of being open. Can't they make more? When are they going to fix this?

3 out of 3 bowls completely wrong. Always check your orders before leaving. It looks like they completed the orders with the ingredients available and not what was ordered. Most people don’t check and once they are away it’s too late, but if something is not available it is ethical to let the customer know

So, for awhile they would give veteran discounts on food. They are very clear that they are No longer offering discounts to those who served our country. I think the public needs to know who appreciates our war vets and who does not. This particular Chipotle does not support our vets.

One of the worst Chipotles I have ever been to and that is a shame because it’s close to my house. Ordered 3 Chicken tacos and when I got home to eat I had a hard time finding the chicken. Took it back and the manager on duty for lunch stated they made it correctly. 2 tacos had 2 tiny pieces of chicken.
