Chipotle Mexican Grill reviews
19Went to the location on West Anderson lane close to 9 pm. Kudos to the Staff whi were very pleasant being the time it was and the food tasted fresh
Management seems to be finding obscure ways to add hidden fees to your bill, and then you’re negotiating over a burrito like a used car! What’s with this? I go to chipotle 3x per week, and this location won’t be seeing me again.
Why did the guy working the front tell me the corn mixture had no spice…? Can’t eat my bowl, it’s a medium spice level on their menu and tastes about a medium spice level. I can’t eat spicy foods. What a waste of a bowl. Also, he was very short and rude the entire order. Won’t be coming back to this location because of that one employee.
Today was a very disappointing day for me, getting lunch from a “clean” restaurant, boy was I wrong. The manager GUSTAVO needs to be fired. The company needs to look out for the quality of food that’s being handled and the management that’s handling is obviously not trained correctly
They’ve gotten my pick up order wrong multiple times and when I call they shrug it off and act like I’m inconveniencing them. Will NOT be going back to this location.
We love this place. They are super friendly and the place is very clean. My daughter and I love going here.
Delicious food but I fear the server and I weren't on the same page. Very tasty but just not what I was going for.
The employees aren't welcoming. The meat was overcooked, if you ask for all the sauces they want to charge you. I've never encountered this at any other Chipotle. I stay near by but I will not be ordering there again.
Like sometimes in this place but when I got there today the rice was salty and I noticed it later and I think they should pay attention to the tables because when I get to eat they are dirty or hire more people for the tables and be able to check the women's bathroom.
I’ve ordered through DoorDash at this location and on three separate occasions I have received my veggie tacos missing the guacamole every time. Once I received someone else’s order. Another occasion I could barely taste the guacamole because there wasn’t much added. Their online ordering services needed to be re-evaluated. Make sure you order in person so they are making your order right. Their online service is not dependable.
We liked the food a lot, but the service, although it was not unpleasant, lacked charisma, I think they were like: I want to get out of this quickly. For the food and prices I recommend it.
I'm a LONG TIME Chipotle fan and it is with great sadness I am seeing the decline in food quality that happens to every great restaurant that achieves financial goals by squeezing costs out in the form of food quality. Today both my steak and my son's chicken burrito had cartiledge / gristle in it. Inedible. And my flour tortilla (or something in the burrito) had a fish taste. I don't blame this particular Chipotle as this is a chain and food quality and prep is standard among them. But I do feel the need to share my feedback. This location is always clean and has good service.
Working here was one of the worst mistakes I could have done. It was always so busy and understaffed. Coworkers almost never helped each other always doing the bare minimum. The field leader complained there was never enough people on shift but he would be the one to finalize schedules and always hated them. Lack of communication for sure, so much gossip and toxicity, almost all lower managers complain and complain and want others to do their job. I tried to put in my two weeks and the GM never responded, that is on her. My favorite manager was just terminated because she was calling out for being SICK? Like, it's in the BOOK to not go to work if you are sick.
“This place is so bad I wanna give u a zero, but thats not possible so I give you a 1”
The food is very good, there's 2 employees that are very friendly with me every time I go and don't skimp
Chips are always stale at this location. Chips are still stale (less stale, but still stale). Service is fast and friendly but food is messy and tables are messy.
I like Chipotle, but not this location. Check the other reviews below. The staff seems to always have a rude person on the line, or they slop the food into your bowl like you're in prison or they're out of the basics. Last time I was here they were out of lettuce AND chicken. Previously (aka, the last time I'm going here) the lady refused to make a Kid's Quesadilla and I had to ask for a manager.
Employee came in sick, don't know why management would make them come in when they're coughing or sneezing, big health risk. Employees looked tired and unmotivated, unfriendly to customers, clearly something else on their minds that keep them from doing their jobs well, supervisor or whatever scolded them right in front of customers, super unprofessional. Would never want to support a business that treats their employees like that://
The employees very bad and they don’t listen to customers and I ordered different things they are putting different items to bowl and I couldn’t eat the bowl it’s very bad and waste and spendting time you shouldn’t come to this store
Lock’s doors early, there is a whole hour this business stays open. Consistently the worst chipotle in the Austin area
