Chipotle Mexican Grill, Flower Mound TX

THIS is the Chipotle to go to. Plenty of meat in my chicken bowl. My bowl was hot & fresh. Quick and polite service. This is my go to chipotle from now on!

The chicken is burned about 75% of the time. Employees aren't very friendly overall. Appears to be poorly managed. They have tremendous turnover and it shows

This Chipotle is right across the street from my neighborhood! Love it.
The food here is always very good and fresh, the quesadillas are my fav.
Unfortunately the staff is a little rude. The lady isn't very happy or something. I walked in and said "hello! " and she responded with "what's your name? " in a rude tone. Not the nicest but I was still kind.

Usually don’t take the time to write a review but the lady at this chipotle was SO RUDE and refused to give me salad dressing even though she had 2 in her hand. “Sorry, I can’t give these to you because I have to save them until we close. ”? Aloof and stingy workers who fill the scoop up like 1/3 full

Out having dinner with my kids and they wanted to go to chipotle, all the crew there were amazing, and the guy, Chris, on the line had great customer service, would come back

The workers at this location always look depressed, don’t even smile to the customers and barely acknowledge your existence. It looks like they hate their job.
This store has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen.

I would totally recommend this location out of all the other locations around me in flower mound never seen so many friendly employees, Kaite and Chris thank you for going above and beyond on your service, love coming here for my lunch!

This is a particularly good Chipotle. Everything is always good. The burritos are always rolled perfectly. My daughter loves the kids meal. A great value for good, healthy food.

1hr before closing and they shut off the sign to reduce customers and refuse to stock the supplies in line. The staff member helping me would barely talk when spoken to. Couldn’t encourage a smile out of her. She would rather be home sleeping. 9pm now but closes at 10pm

I am very disappointed with Chipotle's service. We went to buy 2 bowls and a burrito for spirit night at my daughter's school and this is the 2nd time that they have the entire counter dirty, full of food and they pass the bowl over the food that they dropped from previous orders. They give us the entire container of your food with dirt from the other food.
The associates were rude!

Literally embarrassing how bad the customer service is at this location. I usually do not order extra steak but I did this time because the amount the girl scooped was so small. I understand that extra meat is a charge but she literally added 2 extra pieces and still charged me $6. The second girl put basically no lettuce. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Very slow service, no matter if you order online or come in the store, and they close early randomly to boot!

A 5 star chipotle except for the dude in the back blaring NBA Youngboy. Everything else is perfect aside from hearing the N word 10 times while i was ordering. Get this kid some headphones lol

I’ve been here twice. First time I came was fine. The second I had bugs in my food, some kind of fly or ants. No thanks

If i could give a lower rating i would, just got food here today. I’ve never been to such a terrible establishment. The workers hate their job and it’s noticeable. Unprofessional managers, unprofessional attitude etc, i would be ashamed if I had any ownership in this location of chipotle. You can bet I’ll never spend another dime at this place, I’ll go over to the highland village location where the people actually enjoy their job. It it worth the few extra minutes to go to the other location, whatever you do- don’t spend a dime at this location

Stopped here for lunch today and was glad that I did. Everything was fresh and the restaurant was clean during the lunch rush. Whomever is managing the place is doing a great job, and the employees were quick yet friendly. Keep up the good work.

You can always trust a crowded chipotle with long lines to serve you up a nice fresh bowl.
