Chipotle Mexican Grill, Austin TX

The staff were overwhelmed (understaffed seriously), but they were working hard and fast as they can. The chicken was very spicy and the rice was so hard, I thought I might chip a tooth. The drink station was empty (none of the teas were filled.dry as a bone), and no ice coming from soda machine and no chips available! Trash all over the place (next to soda station). However, staff were trying their Best (with trying to help as fast as they could with the growing line of customers). I dont blame the inferior food, no drinks, no ice, no chips available on the current staff. It's just sad to see my kids' favorite place to eat, going downhill so fast. I doubt we will return again, since my wife and kids didnt eat much of their food.

We ordered a couple bowls at 8: 10. It says it’ll be ready 8: 20, cool. We leave immediately and go. We get there and it’s not ready, that’s fine. We wait. It doesn’t get ready until 8: 40.20 whole minutes. That sucks, but fine. Then we go to the pick up window and wait until it for 20 mins while they take 5+ mins per car to give them their order. It took a literal hour of us ordering to get our food and 40 mins of sitting in the car. They lied to us and made it take incredibly long for fast food. And by the time we got it it was cold. Crazy how bad they are. Waste of time and money

This place will rip you off. Ordered delivery in November and again in December, each time they forgot a side order of guacamole. Each time a coupon was offered with an expiration date. Cool! So to get your money back on an item you didn’t receive you need to spend more money at their store within 30 days. Straight up criminal!

Absolute garbage. Didn’t have veggies, napkins, chicken, run teenagers and absolutely horrendous serving sizes.

I’m really not a review person but oh my GAWD this chipotle is heinous. I’ve been here many times, as it’s one of the only “healthy”places to get a quick bite to eat near where I live, and I cannot say anything good, truly. They’re always out of ingredients (cheese, guac, rice, etc), the staff seems to have zero sense of urgency (which tbh, feels more like poor management, the individual people are kind), the meat/protein is either slightly burnt or gristly. They mix up ingredients in individual orders, I had to hand pick peppers out of mine, to then give to my husband. Don’t even get me started on the portions…as you can see in the other reviews, they literally give you toddler sized portions. For $12 a bowl? Get outtttt of here for real. You’re better off driving the extra mile or two to get actually good quality food, and food that’s reliably “in stock”. I will 10000% not be back no matter how desperate for food I am.

A good portion of food for the price, made from fairly good ingredients, put in your hands quickly and efficiently. That covers all the important things.

Service was great, employees were extremely helpful and in great spirits. The manager was also out cleaning and was very friendly. Will definitely return!

Plastic wrapper in food two times at this location. First one months ago, decided to give it another shot today and same thing. Gross.

Horrible service. Will not help you out. Absolutely no customer service. They mocked my son. Ran out of food and couldn't find a solution to help us. Zero personal skills. The manager let an employee speak negatively to me

Rice and beans are always tough. It’s like, they’re sitting out too long or something. Worst Chipotle I’ve been to honestly.

I decided to grab a steak bowl and was glad I did as it was great. Everything was well seasoned and the portion was pretty good as well. I ordered through the app and found it to be an easy/smooth process. The meat quality was good but I did encounter some chewy parts. This was a delivery order so Ill have to try a pickup order to see how it compares. Definitely a good spot for controlling what goes into your meal.

This Chipotle was great! I went during lunchtime, and it was not crowded. I thought there was drive thru, but it's an online order pickup window haha
Food was great, drinks were great! Awesome service as well.
