Chipotle Mexican Grill, Allen TX

Horrible experience at this location. The manager, Berenice, took care of me. From the get go she was not friendly. Which is fine, I get some people suffer from RBF but I asked her for extra rice and extra beans. She immediately had an attitude. Acting as if she was paying for it. I said double chicken and then a lot of corn and sour cream all while giving me attitude. At the end she gave me the most small amount of cheese someone could get and I asked for more on the side. She said I would have to pay for that so I asked for more on my bowl. She gave me a small pinch of cheese as if it came out of her paycheck. In a perfect world, she would be fired but I just want her to learn a lesson and give the people what they pay for instead of stealing from them.

Food taste good, but the old lady who does fillings the toppings from meat, fajitas and cheese is just rude, i mean she doesn't seems to be happy working there. She is rude to customers and try to checkout people by giving small portion. Chipotle have to work a lot in customer service.just two stars rating just because of awful customer service

I recommend it to those who like to eat Creole and you will be full and satisfied, all their dishes are of good taste, I didn't like that the bathroom doors are blocked.

Ordered 3 VEGETARIAN bowls today online, made sure to ask for extra toppings where needed. Our bowls didn’t have extra of anything, if anything there was less. And then there was MEAT in our VEGETARIAN food. The worst part is this has happened before, at only this location, multiple times. When I tried calling FIVE times they didn’t pick up and I had to go in person to demand that I get a refund. Absolutely never returning to this location. I also had a gigantic piece of uncut lettuce in my food. The guacamole was not fresh at all. The food seemed stale. NEVER coming back here and I was a loyal customer since this location opened. I did get a refund, but that doesn’t change how many times this has happened. FIX IT! Ruined our dinner, thanks!

No joke, I’ve been here 3 times and they haven’t had normal ingredients stocked up. Just fyi save your time and go somewhere else

Quick and easy if you order online in advance. The food is decent, however they definitely need to do a better job of keeping the tables clean as most of the time its dirty.

They put minimal amount of meat for the price they charge for a bowl, and the seasoned white rice isn't consistently mixed, leading to uneven salt distribution. However their kids meal is always good and worth it

Used to love this place. I always got the burritos & had them put it on the press to “toast” it. Last store I went to the refused to do it. Food has gone downhill. The service has gone even further down. I will not return. Not even with a free coupon.

This store is closed 10 mins earlier than what is advertised for business hours. Highly disappointed being that I drove way across town with high hopes of ordering my food. There are about 5 employees on the clock looking at all the customers trying to get food during the business hours posted. Today is November 10,2023 and 9: 50pm. I hope the owner and general manager reads this review and re-evaluate all the employees working at this time being that they may need more training or disciplinary action all together. Hungry and disappointed

The evening crew here works really hard. They seemed to be short staffed but we’re doing everything they could to serve everyone quickly.

Good food, fresh ingredients, wonderful flavors, clean place, nice people and value prices.

Last night I took the family to this Chipotle Allen location located on Hwy 75 service road just South of Bethany.

It was a great experience overall. The place was extremely clean, aesthetically pleasing, well lit and the menu was nice looking and easy to read and understand. I appreciated the simplicity.

Also, my mother-in-law was dining in with us and she only speaks Spanish so I was impressed the the girl serving us the food proudly attended us in Spanish and made us feel welcome and at home.

The portion sizes were good and all the flavors were delicious. I also appreciated that the dinning room temperature was set to subzero (I always remember being cold in the other Allen location)

I must admit since that it has been some years not eating at Chipotle due to the bad food prep news from years ago. We used to eat there often but got out of the habbit for a number of years after the McDermott location lost it's luster since it's first original opening.

I was impressed with the new and improved version of Chipotle this location offers and the food was really good for the price.

Fast casual Mexican food. You got my attention and have regained our attention and respect.

I order some Vegetable bowl when I choose for food. I order some burrito for rice, vegetable, and healthy food. I come again next time.

Bro when I’m tellin u the rice was hard it was like I was bitin rocks and don’t get me started on the chips they was stale as a mother freaker….

Chipotle's 4oz of meat is joke. Back in the day you would get four Tacos.now three tacos. I'll be trying a new Taco restaurant.

It is the worst chipotle ever one the sprite was literally sparkling water, chips were so stale, no one in my family had a good lunch it was the worst lunch ever I would rather eat waffles for lunch than this chipotle after I went to the park I told my kids they can go to chipotle we went and they barely had any fun and when we were there they had a drink poured it out refilled it and then it said coming soon let people get the drink totally not even thinking about going back there
