Chipotle Mexican Grill, DeSoto TX

On 3 separate occasions I’ve come to this location and always run into an issue the first time I was served uncooked rice and the last two times they were out of over 4 ingredients with over an hour until closing the concept of chipotle is for people to enjoy a meal with the toppings they enjoy and 3 times I was unable to do that on top of the fact that I do not eat meat and they’re always out of everything but meat!

Order was more than 1 hr 20min late There didn’t seem to be a lack of employees if anything it’s the management of the location. Everything seems to be very unorganized and needs to improve on every aspect of a business. Would recommend everyone to stay away from this Chipotle

Every (and I do mean every) time I try to come to this location they are out of something. I understand running low on things here and there, but a 45 minute wait for simple items like rice in the middle of the day is ridiculous.

This happens often enough for me to hear other people say the same.

Y’all really need to do something about this location! Rude servers! Never has anything. Myself along with 6 other people just walked out because we were told it would be 30 minutes for white rice! The last time I was here I was told an hour for pico. Enough is enough. I’ll just drive to Red Oak.

I saw the reviews but decided to chance it anyway and they aren't lying about having nothing ready. May not be bad, but if someone wanted one of the many things they didn't have, whole line got stopped.

Man! The first location I visited had no cheese. (Deal Breaker for me) next location I visited had all the goods.but the line was crazy long first 10-15 minutes in the restaurant only one person working the line all said and done order online and pickup @ your local restaurant P. S.food was pretty good

I came to this store on Mon, Nov 13 around 7: 20pm…. NOT AN ADULT in site. And an adult, I mean, grown, grown manager. The line was to the door. It was a million of us on the to go side
As well. The young girl doing to-go had a STRAIGHT UP ATTITUDE. She was rude, unfriendly and annoyed.

First of all, you came here asking for a job. Nobody knocked on your door. WHERE IS THE MANAGER? The manager over 30 or 40 with some sense cuz these kids are in here running the store DOWN! Not an 18 year old manager…. I’m calling corporate because we should not continue to have this type of TERRIBLE customer service just because we are “South” of downtown. If this was my store, I’ve have these kids friendly, driven and on point.
This is just RIDICULOUS. And CLEARLY a manger isn’t READING the reviews because if he/she was then they would get their store in shape. It’s the SAME WAY it was when I was in here 2 weeks ago, which lets me FURTHER KNOW that NO customer issues have been addressed.

On 11/2/2023, How order a chicken burrito online When I got there my order wasn't ready they ran out of guacamole but they charge me for it, employee outfits was dirty, Employee's workstation food everywhere wasn't clean asked they work, employee need more training, I'll throw the burrito in the trash And walked out the place, Place filthy

Terrible! Every time we order from this location, they screw our orders up! We’ve given chance after chance. And now we can’t even get a manager on the phone to voice our concerns. When this location first opened it was a lot better than this!

DO NOT EAT HERE PERIOD HORRIBLE PEOPLE AND FOOD. THIS PLACE GETS 0 STARS ALL THE WAY AROUND. This is the worst of the worst Chipotle I've ever been to kids workingthere with no adult supervision and they dont care aboutanything. First off they were out of most if everything I asked for brown rice the kid told me no we are out and it'll be 45 min to make it smh it literally takes 5 min to boil rice so then I wanted ground beef burrito and no ground beef the other beef stuff whatever it was looked like it was sitting there for a week so I got chicken and it was hard and crunchy they made it hours b4 and it just sat there nothing fresh FLYS everywhere by the food and the KIDS WERE JUST LAUGHING AND JOKING AROUND INSTEAD OF MAKING FRESH FOOD THEY WERE CURSING AND THE SOUR CREAM WAS WATER PRETTY MUCH so we were hungry we said f it we will sit down and eat and every single table was smeered with food not 1 place to sit and eat so we had to eat in our work truck and we literally took 2 bites and threw it away afraid we are gonna get food poison smh WHERES THE ADULTS WHERES THE MANAGER WHERES ANYONE THAT CARES ABOUT THEIR Restaurant SMH WORST OF THE WORST PLACE EVER DO NOT GO EAT HERE EVER.

Every I visit this restaurant, which is once a week they are out of one or more topping for the burrito or bowl it's ridiculous! Someone isn't doing their job when it comes to ordering food. Management please fix this issue!

Not fresh just trash food. I don’t recommend this location.
After 3-4 spoons of chipotle, my stomach hurt. I was busy with my illness the next day.please don't do it again.

This location needs help. There’s no food ready, there’s only three people working at the location as of today (10.19.23). One in the kitchen, one in serving line, and one at checkout. The line is past the door and customer service is poor. I’ve been to this location quite a few times and this will be my last attempt to give this location a try. It’s disappointing every time and I hope they get the help they need. No online orders were ready, nothing but chicken available to add to your order. The soda machine is flat, and the tables were all dirty.

Very nasty location tables unclean has way too many kids working did not have any thing my bowl was thrown together portion uneven like they did not care. Kids cleaning spray everything with food out.barely gave me rice or chicken. Had no chips. I would give the no stars I recommend they fire every and start over.

This may possibly be the worst chipotle location in all of dfw, horrible employees with very bad customer service, i will not be back to spend my money here.owner only replies to the very very few good reviews they receive.

I definitely give the food and staff 5 stars even tho other people have had bad experience on their visit I'm glad mine was not the case I had a chicken bowl with extra of the new carne asada which was cooked real good on flavor and was not dry like some other locations and the portions I got served were enough the way I like it and on the cleanliness of the establishment was not bad like other pictures show and it happens the staff was super busy trying their best to cook the food and complete the orders can't complain about that just get your food and go no need to make the employees look bad

They have more people to move the lines but still fail. People waiting for vegetables just to get nothing but bell peppers, they can never keep up with vegetables here. And they’re light on meat. This is why I normally go to the cedar hill location but at this point throw the whole company away. I can do it myself at home

This is the 4th time I have visited this location and they are always out of items especially the veggies and corn. One time was even out of chicken to go in the bowl. This location has horrible customer service and serve you cold food that’s been out for a while and then have the nerves to be out of items.

Always out of something. Went in today got a bowl, they stated they didn’t have tomatoes and corn however on the other side online orders they had it and stated there not allowed to go on that side to for online orders.

This is the worst fast food restaurant I have ever walked into. When I walked in there were five people ahead of me waiting. Waiting because none of the meats were cooked. It was 5: 42pm and it seemed like they were not at all ready for customers. The atmosphere was nonexistent. No music, no smiles, no positive energy at all. Not only was the meat not cooked but the customer service workers didn’t seem to care at all. Apparently no one ever taught the workers that you smile at customers not glare with your eyes always down. This store needs to either totally retrain their workers or hire new ones. Everyone behind me was also complaining and that was eight or so customers.
I ended up waiting around 15 to 20 minutes and still didn’t get the meat Chipotle is advertising right now. There would have been another 10 to 15 minute wait. Then got home and there were no chips. I will not be back.
