Love you guys but I’m begging you, please make sure you’re including the entire order for deliveries. I get delivery often, sometimes twice a week and my orders end up missing 1 or 2 items half the time. Come on: (

Guys please work on including all items in pick up orders. I used a coupon for free guac and chips that was given to me because of missing items on another occasion, and those weren't included either.

The best Chipotle in Houston! Customer service is above and beyond excellent. We eat here at least 2-3 times a week. It’s always clean and we are always greeted with a smile.

I will not be ordering from this chipotle anymore. I have never paid extra for gac and the service was horrible by the ladies that was in the establishment.

It is great mexican food. The customer service is great too but when I went on door dash once we had a problem because they didnt deliver our food but other than that, it is great. JFK. I will not be ordering from this store ever again. They gave me expired guacamole so black it was a joke. And I ordered veggies there was none. I want to know why the employee serving this thought it was okay to give this to a customer.

Not the freshest at this location. Food didn't look or taste fresh compared to other locations I've visited. Young children running the store with no manners or work ethic.

I'm pretty sure chicken shouldn't be medium rare, food was cold. Their food is not kept at recommend temperatures. I used to work at this site, and I've got to say food quality has drastically gone down.

1st time here and food wasn't even fully cooked, I think FreeBirds Burritos is way better with a better food selection.

I love this Chipotle the service is always above and beyond great expectations. The food is always fresh and they make it fast. The restaurant is always clean. The employees are nice and friendly I'll tell anyone to go to this location they are the best in the area. I'll be back soon guys.

Fast during lunch time and friendly staff BUT something is up with the Guac.
Idk if chipotle change how they make it but i’ve been to other chipotles where the guacamole is smooth.
When i get guacamole from this chipotle there was huge chunks of avacado in the guac and I mean whole pieces. Just not the same from what I’ve had in the past.

The bowls are the best. The tortillas are a bit chewy. Corn chips have the best flavor I've ever eaten

Me and my grandson got a bowl. Everything was fresh and delicious. I just recommended that the workers get some training on being more personable with the customers. It's like they're in a rush to get rid of you and don't have anyone checking in the customers while they're dining or at least thanking us for dining with them.

When did they decide to lessen the portions? Mind you I get a veggie bowl.and how do I get different prices sometimes?

Been a chipotle fan for years but looks like ia about time to switch.not enough value on the food for the price.

I go here all the time. The food is great and it has great service. But the only problem I have is today on January 31,2018 there was this one person, I don't know if he worked there or what but when I went to go and get straws and forks and he kept looking at me. I feel like if you want straws and you don't have a drink it shouldn't be a problem and the workers should not looking at how many straws or forks you get.

Coming into the store it was ok the tables were clean, as I was buying my food the employees greeted me politely but when I was abt to pay the employee that was attending me didn’t allow me two use two coupons because the machine didn’t allow it but it was odd that at other store I could use as many, then I noticed that she was wearing fake nails which I even know your not suppose to have them on while working, the food was great till I opened my bag of chips, the bag was basically empty.
