I absolutely love Chisholm at Tavola Park, Mayson Bowden was such a joy at explaining all of the property/apartment amenities. His knowledge and kindness was second to none. I am looking forward to renting.

I was looking to relocate near work and i was recommended this apartment complex i called to set up a tour mason answered the phone and scheduled my tour he was super helpful and very knowledgeable about the community and the area i leased the unit the same day the process couldn’t be more easy in my opinion thank you so much to the team at chisholm the customer service provided was top notch

Honest opinion, do not waste your time. I have been a long time resident and have terminated my lease early because of how ridiculous I have been treated. I have evidence of dozens of attempts to contact the front office regarding concerns and I have rarely heard back from them. After several attempts to get in touch with them, I am given some lame excuse about how they are short staffed, or their entitled and rude manager is out of town. Most importantly, nothing ever gets done. I was treated like an inconvenience for each complaint that I made no matter how big or small, when in reality, the staff is lazy and does not care about anything as long as they get their check and benefits.

I do not make complaints lightly at all and I seldom leave reviews. I have had several residents complain about the cars parked illegally in fire lanes, which blocks the view of the ongoing road and has resulted in daily near accidents. The front office sent me on a wild goose chase. I took several pictures of each vehicle with the specifications that the office requested over the course of several weeks. I was then told that the front office lets their staff parks in these spots. Several residents have told them that they would prefer that they do not do this, to avoid accidents. It is not just the staff that does this either.

Most importantly, there has been a strong smell of weed for the past several months from new residents moving in. I have not been able to have any guests over because in the past, they have noted that it is so strong. I wash my clothes nearly every day because I am afraid that the smell has seeped into my clothes. I have evidence of the office saying that they are aware of the severity of the issue- yet guess what- they are not going to do anything about it. Why? Because it is not affecting them directly. I have underlying health conditions and have chosen to ultimately move because I do not wish for  this living situation to impact my health.

The trash service, which you are required to pay for, is late or do not show up more times than not. Residents leave trash everywhere - the streets, hallways- and the dumpster area is always horrendous.

The courtesy officer does not exist. It is a voicemail system and you do not get a follow up call. They set it up that way to tell prospective residents that so that they feel safe- but he or she is not real.

The units themselves are nice, but all of the issues are just not worth the hassle.

My experience at the Chisholm has been a beautiful one. I'm getting ready to move out but I will definitely miss the office staff. They have always been so helpful and warming. I truly appreciate their professionalism. Katie's and management has been wonderful the staff has been wonderful I look forward to coming by after my move just to visit and put a smile on their

The absolute best apartment complex team that I have ever worked with. We applied and had approval within 24 hours.

Kaitlin and Henry were top notch, professional, and answered all the questions we had.

Edit to post: The maintenance team is amazing and responded to all of our work orders when we moved to a two bedroom apartment.

I believe everyone has their own experience! I have to say, my experience was truly an act of God! Kaitlyn Jordan, was definitely Heaven sent, her customer service skills is beyond exceptional! From day one, she was a joy to work with and made me feel welcomed! The day of move in, my unit was not ready. She immediately had a backup plan that actually worked out much better then the original. Aniyah the manager was very sweet and accommodating to my needs, Katie also worked her magic! Prior to Henry leaving, he was a gem, he also went out of his way to show me a unit that would help me make my decision to say yes!
Even with the minor discrepancies, overall the entire staff has proven their abilities to make residents feel at home and will go out of their way to make sure every person they come in contact with feels their personal touch. I witnessed this as they helped other people as well as myself. I can't stop bragging on the staff, my unit, and location. My plan was to stay only for a year, because I am purchasing a home next year, but I may just re-consider, that's how much I love it here! I am very happy with my decision and I recommend them to anyone in need of a great place to call home!

The maintenance team are fantastic guys but, like many apartment complexes I’ve lived in, resources seem to be strained to the point where nothing runs efficiently. We’ve lived here one year and in that time we’ve had several maintenance requests go completely ignored, and when we sometimes do get an actual work order opened it is inevitably cancelled without follow up or explanation from the staff. We call the front office for an explanation, they reopen the work order, and the cycle repeats. Very frustrating.

2nd year here and I love it! Love how management is always having events for the residents and how they, as well as maintenance, take the initiative to keep the property clean! Great neighborhood!

Extremely disappointed with this apartment complex. We've been dealing with a black widow infestation, and despite there being a bus stop nearby where many children get picked up for school, management has done nothing about it. Their lack of concern for safety is alarming. Strongly advise looking elsewhere.

Update: We pay monthly for pest control and they have not showed up once since we moved in last month. They are supposed to show up on Mondays, but have no showed us 2x. We haven’t even been here for 2 months and have been dealing with multiple problems. Breakers hardly work, our microwave never turns on, washer goes out every other day, multiple wall plugs are dead. The maintenance guy came and supposedly “fixed” the issues but as soon as he left everything stopped working. One thing to note is that he when he noticed the breakers not turning on he mentioned to me that he’ll be back thats he’s going to “steal breakers from better apartments. ” It certainly makes you think things. We even had one neighbor suggest us to take it up to corporate like they did but still NOTHING has been resolved. If it wasn’t for the multiple emails or calls we send daily to the manager that they find “not productive” we simply would continue to have our issues overlooked. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

These apartments are going down hill. Hallways and stairs need to be cleaned. All bad pictures in the reviews are correct. People are dirty and leave trash anywhere. There is also a parking issue, there is not enough spots. Some units have 3,4 and 5 adults living there and everyone has a vehicle making parking scarce. My unit is nice once inside but everything else is mediocre. I wouldn't recommend

God forbid your AC goes out in a record breaking summer for about the 5th time (brand new unit) because the staff will act annoyed with you the second you have a complaint. I love the apartment manager and the maintenance staff but I would appreciate the staff not act irritated/annoyed and actually answer my question when I ask for an ETA on the arrival of the HVAC company.

Edit: Changed to 1 star based on hkw they are handling this situation.

. I am a senior citizen have not lived in an apartment for 50 years. I feel safe here my air conditioning went out. Called at 7 pm by 8 it was fixed.

Highly recommend even my dog Amos has made so any friends.

I've been living at Chishlom at Tavolo Park since 5/31/2023 & Kaitlyn has been very helpful in making sure my transition goes smoothly! From the jump we had a great connection & friendly vibe! She is VERY PROFESSIONAL!

In the beginning of my move, I had certain requirements and expectations and Kaitlyn met every last one of those expectations! She went above and beyond and even personally left my keys in my unit while I finished moving in w/ my movers, since I had a deadline to meet/ was being charged by the hour.

Although it's been almost 2 months since I've called Chishlom at Tavolo Park my home, Kaitlyn still helps out if I need assistance!

Thanks for all that you do Kaitlyn!
