Chisholm Trail Pediatrics Georgetown

I have had many great experiences with CTP. My kiddo came up sick and needed to get in to see a Dr. All of their appointments were full but they let us come to the office and they fit her in. I was informed that there could be a long wait depending on the when they could fit her in and we were prepared to wait. However they were able to work her in the schedule in less than 20mins. They show that they put their patients first. I am going to be sad when my kiddo goes off to college and can no longer go see Mrs. Brittany.

Besides the lady at the front desk openly gossiping and ignoring me, the experience was great! The doctor actually took the time to hear everything and gave me some great advice for my daughters antibiotic allergy in the future.

This is a great Pediatric Center. They love kids and support parents. We like the "Themed" exam rooms.

We saw Dr. Flachs for my son's 18 month well child check recently and were very satisfied. Dr Flachs was thorough and personable. Every interaction from the time I scheduled to check out was great. All the staff were friendly, helpful, and patient.

We have been coming to Chisholm Trail Pediatrics since my son was 1 year old. It has always been a welcoming experience with an awesome staff who is supportive and understanding. Highly recommend these doctors, they are the great and have provided the best care for my child.

Both of my children transferred here when we moved to the area from Oklahoma. I really like this office and the staff. They are very accessible, friendly, and just how a pediatricians office should be. Highly recommend!

I have been taking my son Jason to Chisolm Trail Pediatrics Georgetown since his very first Pediatric Visit. They have been absolutely amazing. They are always willing to fit my son in if he is sick. They have a clean, fun, inviting office. All of their exam rooms have different "themes, " like Dinosaurs, Minions, and Super Hero's. The nurses are always super friendly - At our most recent visit, Jason even left with a balloon sword made by our nurse Vincent, which I thought was so cool, so did Jason! He forgot all about the shots he had to get.

Jason typically sees Dr. Wilson - she always takes the time to interact with Jason, answer all of my questions, and explains things thoroughly. She is amazing.

I have never had a bad experience at this office - the entire staff is very friendly and they all interact with my son. We will continue to use them for all of Jason's doctor visits!

Early intervention to any health issues your child may have can make such a huge difference in their treatment plan. Brittany Eichhorn is a godsend for our family. She has seen our son for the last 5-years and we are so grateful to have her as our pediatrician. Besides being so amazing and friendly with our boys, she takes her time in explaining things to me and in a matter which I understand. I feel she asks all the right questions, gives great advice on natural remedies, and has such a good eye for spotting potential issues. She is thorough in taking notes so the next time we see her we are able to pick right up where we left off. What we appreciate the most is her attention to detail in our son's medical history. She was able to spot a health condition early and took action right away as signs/symptoms started to appear. After learning more about his condition, I've heard so many parents struggle with doctors for years to get a diagnosis, but thanks to the tests Brittany ordered and the amazing referral to a specialist, we will be receiving treatment much sooner than most expect. We are forever grateful her and would recommend her to every parent.
If you are not able to get in with Brittany, the whole Chisholm team is fantastic. We've never had a negative experience. Little wait times, clean office, friendly staff, and easy to work with on insurance and billing.

All of the staff here are so friendly and helpful. Since Day 1 my husband and I have appreciated how Dr. Wilson makes us feel supported by giving us time to ask questions without feeling rushed. Any time I’ve called when my baby was sick they’ve prioritized helping me promptly. I definitely recommend coming here for your child’s care.

I have 3 little boys and we are so grateful we found this pediatrician group. We are in frequent and have had such quality care from every provider. Highly recommend to everyone

The doctors and staff are great at Chisholm Trail Pediatrics. Dr. Olivia and Dr. Cavanaugh always take the time to listen and treat us like family.

We love CTP Georgetown. My son has seen Brittany since he was born, and she is awesome. She takes her time talking through treatment options and is never dismissive of concerns. All this while my son invades her personal space and plays with the light up toys on her lanyard. Lol

Place looks, old and dirty. The front desk have no knowledge on scheduling patients, they were argumentative, and unfriendly.

Update on review. My husband took our youngest in to the urgent care in Georgetown. The staff was amazing and the doctor was thorough and patient. So glad to be a part of the Chisholm Pediatrics family! They never disappoint.

Front desk staff, nurses, and doctors are always so nice here. They never rush you and they're always polite. It's also a huge plus that the office is so close to our home.

My kids have been going to CTP since they were born. The staff always makes your family the number one priority. They never rush you in and out and address all issues ir concerns.

I have been taking my 4 children to CTP since we moved to Georgetown 14 years ago. We absolutely loved Dr. Ramsey and miss him very much but they have continued to hire wonderful, very qualified people who do a great job examining diagnosing & caring for my family! Thank you CTP!
