Chisholm Trail Skate Park reviews
7Could add some more stuff around the park and skating area but other than that it was so fun
My hubs and I enjoy this location. We don't skate, but the community has a walking trail, picnic areas, lighted soccer field, a pond with a dock, and several playgrounds as well as the skate park. The skate park has recently been expanded with much better lighting and is always packed with kids of all ages. The only downside is there is too much weed being smoked without concern either in the parking lot or in their cars. There is one porta potty on site which is not very clean to say the least. There is little maintenance that gets done so lots of trash ends up on the ground. Because it is dog friendly could use some more trash receptacles for those of us who are responsible pet owners. Overall we visit almost daily to take advantage of the walking trails, it is near our home with easy access. There is also a community center on the premises which you can join. They are not responsible for the park part of the area. I believe that is the city. If they could clean up the activities of the skaters I would recommend it for families. It is a very nice park and we are glad we have it.
Very nice skate park with plenty of rails, ramps, transitions, etc to keep any skater busy.
Really good skate park and the people there are really nice all-around 10/10
Very clean. Nice neighborhood, nice people. As far as the actual skate park goes, superior to the others in this area that we've visited. Lots of skateboards, very few rollerblades, a handful of scooters (especially with the small humans) but we didn't notice any bikes. Not that we've ever taken up bmx so maybe this just isn't that kind of park, I wouldn't know. There's a handful of stores on the road and right next to it is an ice cream shop so definitely don't have to worry about getting hungry or thirsty and nothing being around. No one was smoking either, that's always a plus. We definitely plan on many return trips.
My children love this park, it's a cool hang out spot for all ages. Great location, clean nice amount of parking, real close to restaurants and movie theatre.
