Chisum/Yesway Travel Center, Lubbock TX

This place in recent months has gone completely downhill. There is always leaks, wet floor signs! The restrooms are just plain gross. The urinals are always covered. Where is the manager that is allowing all this to happen? Where’s the district manager that is responsible for this location? It is ridiculous.

I am guessing no one reads these?

I used to stop here all the time when it was Chisum. Since yesway/allsups bought it, it’s gone downhill. I stopped for the first time in years last night, the showers were nasty, the bathrooms were in disrepair with stopped up and overflowing toilets, there was no food at 8: 30 and the two people working in there would barely look at you much less speak, I left and went to the flying J. It’s sad to see what this place has become. I won’t be stopping here ever again.

Closes around 10, not 24 hrs, mens room didn't have toilet paper. Lot not lit at night, very dark after hours.

Says "open 24hours" I walk up to the counter at 11: 49pm with a bottle of orange juice and sweet tea. Cashier rudely says "we're closed" because of shift change or some stupid excuse. The person in front of me bought something 45 seconds before me and you couldn't ring up 2 drinks. Would've took 30 seconds to complete that transaction. But you (the cashier) is to lazy to do your job. I hope you get fired for being a rude lazy terrible person. Apparently from the other reviews I've read management needs replaced to.

The bathrooms here were absolutely disgusting, and every single stall was out of toilet paper.

Usually a place to park, Allsups/Yesway took over from Chisholm. Tech cafe is nice. Restrooms are in bad shape. Falling apart. Unsafe. Remodel please!

This place is disgusting. I paid for a shower and because I dnt take quick showers the manager felt the need to send someone to my door to tell me I need to hurry up and get out. I have the manager on film and she was very rude to me when I asked her why was she rushing me out the shower. That Is no way that you treat people and I will report this to higher above. Stay away from this place!
Also was going to wash but it was dirty & nasty back there.waiting on Cooperate to reach back out to me now.
Other than that, I would like to say that the ladies in the restaurant are very nice.

Went to grab some food for our trip back to New Mexico and I asked the lady at checkout for some mustard. She told us where it was and I told her we already looked. She didn’t try going and seeing if there for extra in the back or extra up in the front. She did nothing but stand there with a dumbfounded expression. Now I’m eating my hot link sandwich dry. Lol. Also I think there should be a line for people buying lottery tickets so everyone else doesn’t have to stand in line waiting while they buy $200 worth of lottery tickets. You’d get people in and out quicker.
