My grandmother went here for an oil change and a safety check and could have possibly died. They didn't fasten the lug-nuts on the car and the tires were falling apart in the middle of the road, and she couldn't even turn the car. Imagine if this happened on the highway. This level of negligence can kill people. Don't go here if you don't want that kind of risk. The family had been a customer at Christian Brothers for over twenty years and this happened. Never again.

Fair prices, wonderful at providing updates, friendly staff and repairs done in a timely manner, what more could one ask for. I will continue to use their services.

We had some bumps but they were super kind and willing to fix it and they made it really easy to bring up. I was happy and satisfied with how they handled my concerns!

I had the best experience with Christian Brothers. I went in to get my locking lug nuts taken off. They weren’t able to get me in that day, but made sure to fit me in the next morning. They even gave me a ride to work. The rapid, quality repair joined with the exceptional customer service made what could have been an awful experience easy and painless.

I am a single mom and was traveling with my 3 kids en route home to Tulsa from New Mexico when our car broke down. The dealerships were both booked for days and recommended Christian Brothers. They were absolute angels- they worked us into the schedule and when it turned out to just be a loose battery connection, THEY DID NOT EVEN CHARGE ME A DIME! Thank you all so much- truly an Amarillo miracle.

The owner (I assume) helped my brother and I out tremendously. We were from out of town and our trailer had an axle go bad on us in their parking lot. They were not equipped to fix it but gave us tools, resources, and contacts to diagnose the axle. They went above and beyond. If this is any indicator on how they run their shop, then I would recommend this shop to everybody.

We took our older Jeep Compass in because the alternator had gone out. They had to replace the pulley, tensioner and belt as well but the same day we got the car back the power steering failed and it overheated. They paid to have it towed back and repaired it at no cost without any hassle. It is nice to work with honest mechanics who will fix it when something goes wrong

I was traveling across country and my cooling system failed. Called Christian Brothers first thing in the morning and they got me right in. They repaired my cooling system the same day and I was back on the road! Very courteous and kind.best experience Ive ever had with a mechanic. Thats saying a lot being that I am a female and was traveling alone. I was only charged for what was needed. I'm very grateful to have found them!

The people there were awesome. Danny and Todd at the counter were most welcoming. Since we were only passing through (trip from Delaware to Utah) we were unsure of a shop that would be trustworthy. This place is so amazing! They fit us in even though we didn’t have an appointment. The battery was loose and even though they inspected it and tightened the battery they didn’t charge us. Easily 5 stars!

Don't go here. They will fix your car and they will damage another part of your car. So the tendency is to go back and have it fix. Then they will fix again and damage another part of your car. This is a SCAM!

This place is shady parts replacement. Replace parts until you find the problem. (Parts with a huge markup) Had my truck in there 4 times because they thought they fixed the leak. Finally just told me it was the turbo and could fix it for $4200. Took it to a real mechanic 1 time and $200 to get it fixed the 1st time.

This is what you wish every service transaction was like.

CB is sincerely friendly, helpful, and professional through and through. I've done a half dozen transactions with them in the last two years for routine car maintenance, and they are absolutely consistent in all these high standards.

PLUS, there's the price!

I'm all about this business, and NO this is not a shill post:) I happen to be a professional copywriter and these guys (thankfully) are my neighborhood mechanics. I'm not compensated by them in any way, I just want other people to have all their objections squashed-this is the local auto repair & maintenance you're looking for.

Can I add one more thing? Because their communication is also excellent. Their automations are efficient, and communicate with text/email/other quickly and clearly so you know what's going on after you've dropped your car off.

Ok, now I'll stop. That's why CB is 5*.

They're always quick and efficient! The experience is also pretty personal here and you can have faith they'll get it done!

Very professional and courteous. Was kept informed of progress on my vehicle daily and the courtesy ride after drop off and pick up is a plus. Would definitely recommend CBA to everyone.

1998 Lexus broke down in Amarillo Tx on Saturday afternoon. AAA towed to their location. 1st thing Monday morning they had the car diagnosed by 9: 30 am. Fuel pump failed. They had a new replacement pump in hand by 11: 30, installed and repaired by end of bus.same day. Good guys, went above and beyond to get me back on the road and home safely to Ca. Thank you guys!
