The rude and hateful receptionist named Ashley.tried telling me my 2002 2500 HD diesel with farm tags had to have emissions test. Argued with me about it.said because I reside in a different county I had to go there. WRONG.not if its just a safety inspection. Then when my vehicle was undergoing the inspection, I heard them gunning my engine excessively.never had an inspection requiring that done.then failed my inspection for a light on the dash and said emergency brake wouldn't hold.it holds fine. Christian Bros is about as far from Christian as far as business practices, honesty, and treating people with respect. DO NOT USE THEM! ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A WOMAN. THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU IF POSSIBLE. PITIFUL!

Was very pleased with their service and would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of service for their vehicle.

I was quoted a price for an oil change less than what it rang up for. The office manager gave me the quoted price no questions asked. They also replaced my brake light and only charged for the bulb. Place is very clean as well. I will return!

I am overwhelmed at the compassion these guys have shown my 70+ yr old mother. We have recently lost my dad to COVID and my mother is now living with my sister in Granbury. She has had some trouble keeping my dad's car running as it is an older model. She had had it repaired by Christian Brother's once or twice already and was very pleased with their work. Unfortunately a few weeks ago the fuel pump went out and repairs would have costed $1100. Like I said this is an older model vehicle. Being as my mother is on SSI and already living with sister both my sister and I were scrambling to figure out how we were going to come up with that much money to pay for it. My mom has a stent in her heart so she has a lot of doctor's appointments and needs a vehicle. Christian Bros.called my mom back and said they would repair her car for FREE! WHAT A BLESSING! THIS IS WHY YOU ALWAYS, AND I MEAN ALWAYS SUPPORT A KINGDOM COMPANY! God bless you Christian Bros.for blessing my mom in such a generous way! I'm crying as I type this. You can't imagine how much of a burned this took away from everyone involved~

I experienced a battery and alternator issue. Although the exact cause was not determined the analysis and testing was appropriate to diagnose the potential vehicle and engine issues.

VERY pleased, and everyone is so nice and knowledgeable, regardless of the "Christian" part I did not feel like I was walking into a den of evangelicals. Very pleasant atmosphere.

The staff was friendly. I needed an inspection at 5-5: 30 because I work an hour away. Ed was very kind and did it even though they usually don’t do inspections after 4. I will definitely do business with them again.

I didn't have any feeling of worry or anxiety. They have found the secrets of success. I think it's great that the employees get weekends off. This is my second trip to CB this time for a different vehicle. Very satisfied with both experiences. Was not having that success with dealerships in town.
