Initially, we were told to expected a 20 - 25 minute wait. They work faster than lightening! In under 9 minutes our car was done, paid for, got our paperwork & were out the door!

CBA Helotes is the "MOST OUTSTANDING and THE BEST AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR SHOP" I've experienced. Great communication, reasonable prices, no additional unnecessary gimmicks, and absolutely a great maintenance team with exceptional customer service and professionalism. Came here as recommended by RepairPal website for my 2006 Mitsubishi Raider Truck for a rear differential pinion seal leak and a few more discrepancies previously evaluated by a local 'Tire Company' who did my synthetic oil change and multi-point inspection. CBA technicians were very thorough as they took pictures and explain in detail every discrepancy verifying the issue with my truck which you can also check via text/email (that's very convenient!). They replaced the pinion seal on my truck and was told that the other suggested repair that we're recommended by the 'Tire Company' were not required. I FINALLY FOUND A TRUSTED AUTO SHOP WITH INTEGRITY. Repair prices are very reasonable and they will also guarantee a 3 yr/36000 mile warranty on their repairs! The owner even gave me a courtesy ride back to my home while my truck was being repaired (10 mi radius limit). I have been bringing my truck to CBA for over a year. The service is impeccable and professional. The price for the repairs is comparable to what is expected to pay for the type of service being done. They are dependable and reliable. I also rely on the fact they have a schuttle service to and/or to the shop. Overall, I highly recommend CBA.

Adjusted/locked steering wheel a second time. Steering wheel became unlocked and returned for a second time. Accused of having someone tamper with steering wheel, which is incorrect. The vehicle was garaged until driven by my wife, for which it became unlocked. Paid for the second repair and was told that it was under warranty. Not sure how true that is, considering i paid for the same service twice.

I went in to replace the struts as advised by two other places. I was lucky to find Christian Brothers. They were as honest as their name suggests. They checked the car again and told me I didn't need to replace anything. In addition, they gave me a ride home and picked me up from home later to go pick up the car. To top it all off, they explained to me in simple terms - and without a single ounce of condescension- everything I needed to understand about what was going on with the car. All this with refreshing friendly courtesy and reasonable pricing.

Great service, attentive to detail and expeditious. They have help my Mom twice with her car, with great advice and workmanship.

They are excellent at explaining and helping me prioritize repairs based on urgency. Had my oils changed, tires rotated and inspection done $150. Not the least expensive or fastest but I trust them and the do quality work! I know they are not going to try and “sell” me something I don’t need. Trust and integrity is a BIG selling feature for me and it is worth the money. Have enjoyed building a relationship with these guys. And they give a military and teacher discount. A dying breed in their industry…

I can’t begin to explain how happy we are with the service we received. Our van had a light turn on, my husband tried to turn off the van, put the key in the off position, and the van kept running! So crazy! Christian Brothers Automotive to the rescue! They figured out the electrical problem. We also had one key they wasn’t cut to open the van. What did they do? Ordered another key so we had two keys and cut them so we can open the van in case the battery goes out. They went above and beyond the entire process. We are customers for life.

I made an online appointment before going in. They took my car right in at the appointment time and very efficiently did the state required inspection for registration as well as doing an oil change and overall check for any issues. They explained how long everything would take and price. They were very nice and professional. I’ll be going to them from now on for my car maintenance needs.
