Christian Brothers Automotive Leander

I'm so glad I found Christian Brothers in Leander. Some people use the words "honesty" and "integrity" in their advertising, but these guys live it.

For the past 2 years I have routinely serviced both of my vehicles here. On several visits, I have mentioned a service that the manual says is "due" (e.g, brake fluid flush). Instead of blindly doing the work, they have inspected it and advised me that it was unnecessary at that time. These folks are not interested in a quick buck - they want a long term relationship with the customer based on trust.

They have 100% earned my trust and I wouldn't take my cars anywhere else. They provide quality work at a very reasonable price. Thanks guys!

Great experience with the team at Leander Christian Brothers! CBA was founded on the biblical command to "love our neighbors as ourselves", that is not to be taken lightly and from my personal experience I can say they lived up to that directive. I have done business with 3 locations now and have been very happy with all 3 transactions. The work was done completely and correctly and although the technician accidentally damaged an interior panel, CBA let me know in advance and has already taken steps to rectify the situation, they did the right thing, that's integrity! Plus their warranty isn't too shabby either.

I rarely if ever write reviews however this one was especially warranted and deserving of one.

I essentially maintain all my own cars and luckily never need to utilize a shop however a Vehicle Inspection is one of those instances I have to visit a shop. These guys are always very friendly every year we have to take our vehicles in and have awesome family values going above and beyond to always be accommodating. This year I brought in my new Ducati V4 on a whim for its first inspection since being new without an appt. Their next available time to come in was about 5hrs later (which was understandable for a Monday after being closed the prior day). I couldn't wait around for more than an hour or so however within the next 5 seconds a guy in I assume a managers office came out and basically said, hey I'm happy to take care of that now for you now and get you on your way.

I shouldn't even be surprised but this level of quality customer service and going above and beyond is why I always recommend friends to take their vehicles to CBA. The fact that I spend essentially no money to them beyond inspections and I get treated like family is unmatched in this industry. Top marks to CBA once again with the surprise and delight!

Just wow! I am impressed with how complete their service was. Took my 2000 Tahoe to another service center in my area and was jerked around when I asked them to resolve a noise being made with my AC system. Christian Brothers diagnosed and repaired everything I asked for in one go. No constant back and forth. Their system also embraces the 21st century using technology for customers to review estimates and approve it from your phone. With detailed information on what work needs to be done. The only small consideration I would make is to include a rough time estimate of when your vehicle would be ready. Not a big deal for me to drop my 5 star rating!

CBA was an overall great experience.
My vehicle was in desperate need of repairs. CBA fixed (asking for my approval/disapproval) on anything that needed attention/recommended.
My vehicle drives like new again.

I highly recommend Christian Brothers-Leander. The team there is highly knowledgeable, great communication, honest people, and took great care of my vehicle in making sure I understood what needed to be repaired. If I could give more than five stars I would!

Excellent service and i would recommend all my friends and family to this place.they do not over charge you. They will find problem before they will quote you. Excellent 100 star overall performance.

The employees are all very friendly. You do need to make an appointment or leave your car there for them to look at it.they work on my AC and renewed my inspection sticker. Very quick and great service.

I’m currently sitting in the waiting area for my truck, and an employee just came out and told another guy who brought his vehicle in for an alignment that it wasn’t needed. They inspected it, checked everything, and it’s not needed, and there’s no charge. They could have easily done what most other mechanics would do and found a way to charge him, but they didn’t. They’re honest and it’s why I keep coming back. My wife has a similar story that she witnessed while waiting for her car at this location. They will save you money if at all possible. How many mechanic shops can you say that about?

Quick story time:
I had bought a headlight for my at AutoZone to replace in my car, and they said it would be easy to replace at home. After an hour in the rain I couldn’t figured it out and called asking if they new where I could get it taken care of and they recommended Brake check.

Went to Brake check and they couldn’t do it either but said Christian Brothers Automotive could help when they were open. (It was a weekend at the time.)

Today (Monday) :
I called and they set me up with some time. The crew was really friendly and the whole process was super easy and quick.

Something to note:
Their lobby is really comfortable and their staff was incredibly kind not only to the other patrons while I was in there, but even the Amazon delivery guy who stopped in. (Offered him water and a snack for the road.)

You can tell they care about people and it was such a positive experience for me I will definitely be happy to give them any future business with my car.

I am speaking strictly from the perspective of a woman. I trust CB Leander, and have heard similar stories of other CB locations. They are respectful, thorough, and reasonable. When there is an issue with your vehicle, you get a written explanation, a written estimate of all parts and fees and an estimate of the time the repair will take. Not only that, they tell you if the repair is an immediate need or within XX miles. Their shuttle service is helpful, and I really appreciate the fresh coffee they offer if I'm waiting!
