Had worst experience, came there last summer to fix my AC. They said compressor need to be repaired and some other stuff. Went to another autoshop, they just refill the ac coolant and its working fine almost 4 month now. Such a shame guys, upgrade your technicians.

I took my car in on a Monday 7: 30 for water pump replacement and they were done by 4 the same day. They even had the shuttle to pick me up when my car was complete. A lot of the larger places follow policy and are not very understanding but Christian Brothers understood the importance of getting my car back as soon as possible. They also beat the price that I was going to pay elsewhere for the repairs. I will definitely be back with any other service I may need. Customer service is a 10 out of 10. I definitely recommend.

I've been coming here for about 5 years and I've been very happy with this companies professionalism and kindness as well as knowledge. I recommend it 100 %.

Over a span of a week, they missed on 3 different appointments to diagnose my vehicle. We wasted time and my wife and I went through much transportation inconvenience. And they still wanted to charge their full diagnostic fee. No problem paying it if your going to deliver when you say you are going to deliver but they didn't. There was no value at all placed on my time. Was also elevated to the service manager who was no help.
Ive had good experiences with this shop in the past. This is very disappointing. Go ahead and come here if you want to wait for days after missed appointments to get your diagnosis.they'll just get to it late and charge you.

Friendly staff, very reasonable prices and fast vehicle return and honest. I knew what issues my vehicle was having and Christian brothers automotive did not attempt to con me into unnecessary repairs.

Had an appointment for an oil change and a tire rotation that took an hour and a half with no one else being serviced except for one man who had to wait 30 minutes for them to change a filter I’ve changed in 5 minutes before on my vehicle. The man said my name wrong even after being corrected and my car was out of balance when I drove away. I came back to ask about it and the fact that a balance wasn’t offered even though it was listed as “balance not included” on my receipt. He says he doesn’t have a balance and can unrotate my tires if I wanted. Waste of my time and honestly wished I’d just gone with the regular Firestone since I know how long I’d be there and they actually balance your car out. Everyone raves about Christian Brothers but this man was really disrespectful.

I went with them because dealership were quoting me a high price. CB were very helpful and transparent. Explained what was wrong with my car and fixed it.

I liked the quality and speed of service. I went in for an oil change and was greeted with a smile. I also received updates as I waited. Very good and would definitely recommend.

Way over priced on parts and labor. Took my car to them to have an alternator and serpentine belt replaced they wanted to charge $1113.00. They didn't offer any budget friendly options just made it seem like that was the only option. I did not do service with them and to be honest they have lost a customer and gained a bad review. Honestly with what they charge just take your car to the dealership.

They turned my day around. I was running late from work and missed my appointment. They still took my car in and performed all the work. The customer service was great and they performed quality work. They have gained a new regular customer out of me. I will definitely be going back and would recommend to all my friends.

I absolutely loved the pick up and take home service which was necessary for me, or I would have been stuck to sit there and wait.

I will return if my car needs repair again for sure.

My OWN personal experience was unsatisfactory. Took it in due to jeep getting warm. The communication system was great. I repaired what the service men and service manager suggested was the problem. After paying over 1700.00 for a new radiator and hoses, I got my vehicle back and problem was not fixed. I took my vehicle back and all I was told was oh it didn’t get hot on us. So after picking up my vehicle it got hot again. I called and took it back. Same response it didn’t get hot on us. So again I got it back. Third time I took it back they said oh yah it got hot. Then suggested it was another issue. The service manger tried to make me a deal. He would charge me no labor cost but I have to pay over 300.00 for a new water pump. After I took it somewhere else to replace the water pump, gasket and belt, it’s still not the problem as a matter of fact I’m being told because the engine was running warm so much it more than likely blew a gasket or worst case warped my engine. Again this is MY experience.

Very precise and efficient service, they got me in and out in a very short time. Very friendly staff and are on top of their game. I would most definitely recommend their services to anyone!

They were fast their office is clean and their staff is very friendly and super detailed about what is did it to be done to your vehicle. I love that they share the pictures that they take of what you’re having done so that you can see the before and after. I had my brakes done and I could see that they were very much needed.
