I took my car to them because my car was overheating, they told me that the heater hose had tears in it and to replace it would be 300 dollars. They said the other one was fine and did not need to be fixed. The next time I drove the car, that exact hose burst and I almost died while driving because my car literally stopped in the middle of highway six and was smoking. I called and they offered a towing service back to their shop. Of course this was their fault so I assumed they would pay for it but nope. The next day they called and said it would take another 300 to fix the same hose they were supposed to have fixed in the first place! Why should I have to pay when they didn’t do their job effectively? Then they told me my car was basically a lost cause because the previous owners had switched out most of the machinery with the wrong car parts! They offered to trade in my vehicle and they would waive the towing fees. My car was at least worth 600 dollars. Towing fees? Maybe 150. But I was already over it and had spent thousands on trying to fix the car already so I agreed to the deal. They said they were going to sell the car to a junkyard and that would pay for the fees I owed. All would be well. I gave them the title, and left the car with them. I made sure to go online and fill out the necessary form saying that I had sold the car to christianbrothers automotive. So TELL ME WHY four months later, a man comes banging on our door in the morning saying he bought the car from Christian brothers automotive and we need to sign over the title to him? Now I don’t know how much they sold that car for but I promise you, they were doing that man a disservice by allowing him to leave with the same car they told me was a lost cause. That is no Christian company. They’re liars and theives.

Wayne was super nice and even offered to replace my brake light at no charge so I could pass inspection. I called ahead and they put me in line so my wait wasn’t long. I was in and out 30 minutes. Definitely recommend this place!

They made me feel like I wasn’t good enough to be there. They told me to go somewhere else. I guess they don’t like making pennies from inspection stickers.

Christian Brothers Automotive Waterside has taken extremely good care of me and my vehicle ever since I first visited them a few years ago. I am an old lady and so is my 2007 Equinox! They have always repaired it's problems with quick service and perfect results. The employees are all such kind and caring guys and I really enjoy going there and visiting. The owner, Wayne Pawlik, answered the phone one Saturday when I had something worrying me and wanted to be sure my care was safe to drive. He said everyone had left and he was closing up but he would be at house shortly to drive it around and check it out. That he did as we drove around the neighborhood and he assured me that I was safe to drive it but to call on Monday to let them check it out more thoroughly. You just can't ask for better than that! In my 78 years I have had vehicles serviced in dealerships and have never received the kindess and caring as I have at Christian Brothers Automotive Waterside.

They picked my wife's car up from her work and brought it back to their shop to change the oil and give a state inspection. Really saved us time and was reasonably priced. They have worked on other vehicles and have always been clear in explaining what's wrong and what our options are. Highly recommend them!

Took our Audi in for an alignment after discovering tire wear and pulling to one side. They used their Hunter System and gave a print out of the adjustments afterwards. Everything looked good on paper, but the car still pulled. I took and back and they had no problem putting it back on the rack. They ended up making adjustments and test driving twice more before they got it to stop pulling! They definitely stood behind there work to make it right. I now have a mechanic I can trust!

Are you kidding me. They priced a job for me I told them how crazy that was and that for that price I'd do it myself. Guy calls back and says owe I worked something out with my mechanic we decided we could do it for this price. Lol you talked with your mechanics and figured out how to save 350.00. How many people are you screwing with that lol. Never again.

Awesome customer service and 5 star mechanics! Very professional and affordable too! Drove away NOT feeling like I was ripped off or over charged. I will definitely be returning to this shop for all my future car maintenance needs. Great job guys, thank you!

My van is on its last legs, but I still need it while I am waiting for my new van to get some extra equipment on it. The folks at Christian Brothers at Waterside were so courteous and answered all my questions about what I had to do keep my van running. I ended up using their services 3 times for very different problems. They helped me tremendously by helping me get to the car to and from the shop - way over what I would expect from any business. I would highly recommend them.

You just can't beat the friendly knowledgable, people. They make recommendations with no pressure to do the work. The work is backup after the sale and the they will give you a ride it you can't wait on the work. I really appreciate that. I highly recommend them for all automotive repairs! If you need tires also, they work with Discount Tire near by, so it's only one stop for you!

I took my Quest to Christian Brothers thinking they are Bible-believing and honest Christian guys, but I was wrong. The service engine soon light of the Quest was on and I took it there. They said they had to diagnose it, which they did and claimed that they will install air intake boot, repair some wire and carryout "Big 3 part premium fuel injection service, cleans the air intake system, fuel injectors, and the combustion chamber to help improve and maintain efficiency & performance. Includes additive for the fuel tank. " Fuel injection kit was put at $55.68. I spent 4 hours in the workshop that first day, May 23,2017 and was charged $504.05. I paid and drove just 200 meters of the Christian Brothers Automotive when the light came back on! I reversed the vehicle and took it back. The supervisor there, a rude and saucy guy, grunted that it was because of the chemical they used on the car. He said he will clean it out and the engine light will go off. The light went off and I drove home - just 4 miles away - and parked the car. The following day, May 24, I decided to start the engine and - to my disappointment and frustration - the engine light was back on. I left my work and drove back to Christian Brothers Automotive. I met the rude guy who sent me over to the middle aged man to book the car in. I sat there from about 11 am to 3: 30 pm as my car remained where I parked it - untouched. I got tired and finally asked why my car has not been touched. Still no reasonable answer. At that point I demanded to speak to the owner. I sent an email to Wayne Pawlik. Wayne listened and promised to fix my car. He said they will need to do a "deeper diagnostic" and said the car will be fixed next day because they are busy now. The car spent the night with them and by the time I returned the following day at about pm the car still wasn't fixed. I was told they needed to do more work on the car! After nearly 3 days? I do not think they know what they were doing and the supervisor was rude and obdurate; he didn't know how to treat or show respect to a customer. I demanded refund and got my money back, but the experience was disappointing and terrible.

The owner was amazing, & you could tell he cares about his business. I was stranded on the side of the road. Not only did he come get me, but they also helped me arrange a tow. The gm unfortunately, did not give the same customer service. I watched him go off on a customer, & he was so discombobulated that he took his frustrations out on me a bit. The gm also quoted me incorrectly. We all have bad days, so I took off 1 star for those two reasons.

I brought my car in for a simple oil change and service. The wait time was minimal and the customer service was pleasant. However, when my car was ready the windshield fluid came on so of course I'm pissed because I was told that was covered under the oil change! So I go to autozone to purchase fluid to only find out my oil cap was not on and oil had exploded over my entire engine and hood! I take the car back to complain and demand a full service of my vehicle! This was so unprofessional especially for a company that performs oil changes daily! If I wouldn't have checked under the hood no telling what would have happened to my car or engine! The team reserviced my car and cleaned my engine! The office manger and the mechanic did apologize for the mistake but I'm still irrated about the whole ordeal!

Mr. Wayne I look forward to you giving my tools and cabinet back, since apparently it was stolen, when all u had to do was tell me to come get it, instead of putting it by the dumpster, when you know sir I work right across the street from your shop. Not very Christian if you ask me. Real unprofessional. Im not happy
