These reviews has to be fake. This place looks beautiful, but make sure you visit your loved ones often, otherwise they’re non compliant on their medication adherence. Check on your loved ones if they’re here please. I never told them we own pharmacies, but the way that issue medication leaves a lot of unanswered questions.

This facility is horrible in most categories. They will not answer phone calls from doctors, they do not chart, lack of medical terminology and understanding. They are very unconcerned about patients and do not like to be bothered. Will not shower your love ones. I'm giving a star to many. Do your love one a favor and not use this facility.

It was a ok experience since she wasn’t awake and not able to communicate due to health issues.

This was not a pleasant visit because Debra Neal had not been fed lunch when I got there and it was 12: 40. Plus she needed changing. I was highly disappointed ️

Was looking for a place for my mom to take rehab for a couple weeks found staff to be genuinely pleasant and there was absolutely no scent of urine in the whole place which lets me know they take care of their patients.

Always clean when I visit, everyone friendly, always greeted by almost all workers. I am glad for the securtiy but check in and out sometimes maddening however there is usually someone nearby ready to help. I will take security over inconvience.

I am disabled and I rang the doorbell approximately 2-3 times & no one answered it. I realize that you are short handed & that this was a busy time of day for you. I don't know how you can remedy this, but something needs to be done. I have come up there before on a Sunday & no one ever came to the door. I had to leave. The only way that I got in was when a employee came in from lunch.

The atmosphere of the Care Center felt more like a home than a Nursing Facility. As I entered, I was greeted by a staff member who assisted me in signing in, introduced me to the manager, and also escorted me to the resident that I was Visiting. Great Experience

They are doing a lot better. The nurses and nurses aids are helping more and seem to have really good attitudes. May God bless them and their staff!

I like the visitor sign-in check point. The center was very clean. Carlissa did a wonderful job on Ms. Gracie's birthday party. Ms. Gracie's room is lovely. Great job staff and administrators.

It’s been a traumatic change for my Dad and the staff has been so helpful, patient, and caring with all of my concerns and excessive requests. We are adapting and feel good about this facility.

The security was impressive and the lobby was beautiful and welcoming. The facility is very clean and the staff was amazing. We met four ladies on staff and each of them were very helpful and attentive. One young lady realized we had not been there before and assisted us with the entry and exit as well as personally walking us to the room we were looking for. Our experience at your facility was definitely 5 star quality.

The staff is professional and friendly, the place is clean and they make sure all Covid protocols are followed to keep the patients safe. They are taking good care of my Aunt Lillie Mae Cochran who was resting comfortably during my visit. The nurses were so compassionate and provided excellent care for my aunt.

Good customer service and all the staff to make sure we had access to the room where furniture was delivered.

My father was there back in December 2021. It would take a very long time before someone would come let you in or out and one nurses was not very professional (Name started with T). She was asleep at the desk and I had to come get her twice before she got up and my father was only there for a week.
I went back yesterday and the place was much better, some let us in quickly, and I talked to one of the nurses and she remembered my father. It seems it did a 180 between December and yesterday.

The safeness and well being of the residents is awesome!
Also Ms. Carlicia the activity direct really care for the residents.

Everytime I visit here, the staff is friendly and kind. The building looks good and smells good. There's always some activity going on and just an overall great energy in the building. Therapy team here is the best around.

Everyone here is so warm and friendly. They treat the residents like their own family. It is bright and clean. Every department goes out of their way do do the little things to make someone feel at home.
