I purchased a pair of low top sneakers from this location recently. Pretty impressed! Cool looking store. Staff was absolutely fantastic. Truly - shoutout to the entire staff: Beatriz, Dustin, and Allan. Thank you for a welcoming and wonderful experience. I look forward to purchasing more comfortable and fashionable shoes/items in the future!

I visited here from out of town.as we went in the store no one associate greeted us and as i looked at a shoe for 5 minutes not 1 of the sales associates came to assist me. Mind you i had a $2400 shoe in my hand.i put the shoe back and my friends and i went to neiman marcus where the sales people were nice and attentive. I got the same shoe for the same price at a different store because of the service i would never go back there.the Miami store was way better

Sent shoes back taking for ever get refund also told would call me from manager and never a call back march 24 it’s April 10 still no refund
They don’t care about you there at the there store in Galleria at all!

I called the store and the sales rep Fernanda was beyond awesome.she found my item, texted me a picture and put it on hold for me. I picked it up right away before they closed. She even helped me make my tik tok:) Some People don’t realize GOOD customer service makes the difference in if a purchase will be made.
