11 Very bad dr service. Not responsible at all. I really don’t recommend her.
So disappointed
The staff was so helpful from the time you entered the office. Things are done on your telephone now or if you need help filling out paper work they will assist you to get it done. Can't say enough about Dr Christian Chen took all the time she needed to get my background and explained all I needed to know about my care. Never felt rushed and so greatfull to have picked memorial herman for my medical care.
This is Rae Longest, Dr. Chen's patient. My visit was very satisfactory with Dr. Chen extremely helpful and supportive as were all the staff up front. Alicia. Dr. Chen's nurse was excellent as well. Here it is a day after my appointment and I am a new woman. Lol
Easy and convenient virtual appointment, Dr. Chen asked questions and sent my prescription to the pharmacy during the appointment, I had my medicine w/in 2 hours.
Great docor, friendly, personable, very relaxing, always a pleasurable visit for my medical needs.

Dr. Chen was very nice and answered all my questions. Spent a lot of time making sure everything was alright.
She listens to me, she is gruff when she needs to be but listens to my concerns and walks me thru them. She even listened when I said a rx was giving side effects I didn't like and took action. I find her staff nice and kind.
It was a very good visit. Staff is super friendly and Dr. Chen is easy to talk to. Didn't have to wait weeks to see the doctor.
